Hotels with WiFi in Vagan

Absolutely loved this hotel! The surroundings are incredibly photogenic, and the aurora often appears right on the mountain top across from the hotel. I even asked the front desk for aurora viewing recommendations, and they suggested a small church hill and by the pier. But honestly, you can just watch it from right outside the hotel. Otherwise, you'd have to head towards the city outskirts, and the two places they recommended weren't great, especially the small church – it was too cluttered with trees and rooftops. Plus, the hotel's lobby offers free 24-hour hot water, tea, and coffee, which is a huge bonus! I'm not sure if my room got an upgrade, but it felt much larger than I expected. The hotel has two floors, and the only downside is no elevator. So, it's best to pack your luggage strategically. If you're on the second floor, just take a few essentials up, and you can store your suitcase at the front desk. Of course, when checking in, if you're on the second floor, a staff member will help you with your bags, but you'll have to carry them down yourself when checking out. The hotel is about 600 meters from the pier and several large supermarkets, making shopping and getting around convenient. The parking lot is also spacious. All in all, fantastic value for money! The room was large and the service was attentive. Breakfast is perfect! It is a hotel that can be recommended to people.

We arrived on a wet day and got our room almost immediately. Charming cottages with ample parking spaces. Room is warm and decently spacious. Self service kitchen short on utensils... like no teaspoons, no racks for drying out washed cutleries, no microwave oven. A conventional oven is provided that takes a while to heat up. 

Good for family retreat…very nice view with BBQ facilities

The most favorite and satisfied hotel in the Lofoten Islands. The hall is full of floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides. When you turn off the lights and lie on the sofa at night, you can see the aurora. At night, all the curtains in the bedroom are opened with the stars to sleep, and you don’t want to leave. In addition, the small beauty at the front desk will speak very fluent Chinese, which is a big surprise! In short, super satisfied.

The cottage and view were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a letdown, as we arrived late and the key collection instructions were incorrect. It's best to contact the hotel in advance and confirm details if you plan to check in late.

We stayed at Skarungen in a small but comfortable room with a beautiful fjord view. The room was simple yet cosy, and waking up to the sight of the mountains and water felt very special. Although we didn’t get to see the aurora during our visit, Skarungen’s peaceful setting by the fjord made it a relaxing and memorable stop in Lofoten.

I booked the room through Ctrip. Since I saw some reviews mentioning not receiving the password beforehand, I contacted the hotel via Ctrip's online phone service and asked them to send me the password via email. I received the password promptly and checked in easily. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The living room was quite spacious, and there was a balcony with sea and mountain views. The room had basic kitchenware and tableware, so we could buy groceries nearby and cook at home. The location was in the city center, very convenient for shopping and transportation. There was a Nordis restaurant downstairs, and a Chinese restaurant a short walk away. On the day of departure, I called the manager, and they gave us an extra hour for check-out. Their Wi-Fi password was posted behind the main door.

住的這幾天，被免費咖啡和熱巧狠狠治癒了！早上下樓就能聞到現磨咖啡的香氣，醇厚濃郁，配着早餐喝一口，整個人都醒透了；下午從外面逛累了回來，前台總有熱氣騰騰的熱巧等着，絲滑甜暖的口感裹着奶香，捧着杯子坐在大堂歇會兒，連帶着旅途的疲憊都消散了大半。
