"I would like to congratulate the management and staff of the hotel, as the rooms and most of the common areas were exceptionally clean. I have no complaints regarding the cleanliness of the property. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, it is important to note that the hotel shares its swimming pool and gym facilities with a residential complex. As a result, the pool is often crowded with children and condominium residents, which can make it less comfortable for hotel guests. The café on the 5th floor, where breakfast is served, operates only in the mornings. It would be a great improvement if it remained open throughout the day. I noticed that many guests were looking for coffee or a light snack, but there is nowhere convenient to go within the hotel. Since the property is somewhat isolated, guests need to take a taxi to the nearest shopping mall, which is approximately a 15-minute ride away. The hot spring facilities could also be improved. The sauna does not function properly, and the area could be maintained more carefully in terms of cleanliness. In general, the hot spring facilities appear somewhat worn and would benefit from refurbishment."

"The hotel location is easy to access. No convenient store or minimart near to the hotel unless you drive to opporsite road, but no worries as there is vending machine at hotel lobby if you need to get some drinks or snacks. Fast check-in, room is clean and spacious. The room isn't well soundproofed, if you're sensitive to noise, you can bring your own earplugs."

"The unit itself is nice but the management do not give customers a good vibe. Everything was wrong from start of checked in. Before checking in I already informed management that I am riding a motorbike. The instructions given to me was to park at level 5. Upon reaching the mall to collect keys. The guards do not allow me to go level 5, no bike is allowed. Told me to go park in the basement but did not tell me that I need to collect a bike card to scan in at the basement carpark for bike. After quite sometime asking around, one of the guard told me to get a bike card from the reception. Next when reached the unit. There is a metal gate. But I was given a key card for the lift and a sensor for the main door. No key for the gate. When texted the management. It’s replied by AI. So I need to take a lift to UG level and see the reception again. I was told there is a manual latch behind the gate. All these troubles could be solved if proper instructions were given to me. I came down from Ipoh, a long ride down and still need to go around finding out how to get into the unit. Upon entering the unit, looks beautiful at first. Then when want to have a shower, there is not a single hook or rack for bath towel. So I have to text again. I was told to hang towel on the curtain rod. But there was no curtain rod. The only rod I saw was a metal rod sticking inside a plastic pail. So texted again and show photo. The reply was hang my towel on the door lock. First time I heard of this. So I went to take my towel. It was a dirty towel with black stained. Send photo to reception. Nothing was done, not even an exchange of towel. Is just silence…. After shower wanted to get some water to drink. It was a water dispenser that is not dispensing. So went down to the supermarket to buy a bottle of mineral water. The only plus point of this place is joined to a mall. That’s about it. I have never rated any hotel or apartment so low before. This is my first and I hope it will be my last."

"Cleanliness is not too bad for price paid. Location wise is near Aeon Tebrau City, Toppen and Ikea. Hotel toilet door is faulty, cannot close tight... Hoping to have more storage areas for toiletries. The sink don't have space to even place rinsing mouth cup. Also the embedded hair dryer when turn on emits bit of smoke, I forgotten to inform reception when check out."

"Nothing obvious stood out for the room's cleanliness, so it works for a room at this budget. Hotel is reasonably priced with a bigger sized room, which helps the comfort levels when staying in it. The toilet being bigger helps since there is more separation between the wet and the dry areas. I thought that choosing a slightly out of the way location would relief traffic headaches but that was apparently not the case, guess the traffic around the Mount Austin area cannot be beaten so easily. The hotel seems t only has the option of self check in and out via a machine just outside of the premises, but it can be a privacy concern when checking in at night, because the screen is so big and bright, and is flashing details for the world to see. The screen should really be smaller or have varying brightness according to the surroundings. Or somehow flipped 90 degress so it does not face the street. (Photo taken from the hotel's Google map)"

"Check in and out was easy. As it is adjoined with Paradigm Mall, it is convenient for basic necessities and food. However vending machine in the premise only accept cash. Grab is also easy to find the premise. Overall very good experience."

"I booked a queen room with window but was not expecting it to be so small. First time staying here and probably also my last time. While basic amenities such as towel and toiletries are provided, my only gripe is that the sound proofing is really bad. Every night, I could hear people walking past, closing and opening their room doors, chattering and even vehicles noises along the roads outside the hotel. The bed provided is also very soft and not very comfortable. So sleeping might be an issue for those who need quietness. The good side is, drinking water and some snacks are provided at the lobby for guests use."
