"Cleanliness is not too bad for price paid. Location wise is near Aeon Tebrau City, Toppen and Ikea. Hotel toilet door is faulty, cannot close tight... Hoping to have more storage areas for toiletries. The sink don't have space to even place rinsing mouth cup. Also the embedded hair dryer when turn on emits bit of smoke, I forgotten to inform reception when check out."

"I booked a queen room with window but was not expecting it to be so small. First time staying here and probably also my last time. While basic amenities such as towel and toiletries are provided, my only gripe is that the sound proofing is really bad. Every night, I could hear people walking past, closing and opening their room doors, chattering and even vehicles noises along the roads outside the hotel. The bed provided is also very soft and not very comfortable. So sleeping might be an issue for those who need quietness. The good side is, drinking water and some snacks are provided at the lobby for guests use."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. "The pool is nice and there's a gym. The room was reasonably clean, though I did find some long hairs. The breakfast was terrible, really not suited for Chinese tastes, even though there were a lot of Chinese guests staying there. Overall, it's good value for money and a decent place to stay."

"The hotel was located in a very quiet area but convenience stores are nearby. Quite near to setia tropika as well. At first glance it's a very quaint hotel but they have decent rooms. Ours was downstairs so we don't have to climb the stairs as they don't have any lift. Room smelled like cigaratte the whole time we were there and we can even hear the room beside us going and out of the bathroom and can even hear them shower hahah. So it's not noise proof. But it was an okay experience, attendant was pretty helpful."

"Dear Trip, The house is very good, and we had a pleasant stay. In terms of communication, the team responded quickly, which we appreciate. However, we hope there can be better awareness of the surrounding situation. During our journey before arrival, several roads were closed due to a mall event. When we asked for alternative routes, we were informed that there was no information about the road closure, even though we had shared photos showing police and guards blocking the roads. This situation caused us some panic, as we were stuck in heavy traffic with no clear direction. It would be helpful if the team could provide reassurance and practical guidance in such situations—for example, advising us that we could approach the guards to open the cones as we were guests checking in. Guidance like this would have helped reduce our stress. Thank you."

"The unit we chose is ok except the hall is a bit dull cos no window view/sunlight. But we appreciate the kitchenette and cutlery avail is very convenient. It will be good if the TV has local free to air channel like those in Singapore and we wont mind paying more for another tv in the room. The location is good, shop & eat within the same building and a very short drive to Bukit Indah (except the parking lot at level 5 is a bit further from the lift lobby) Throughout the stay saw many security guards at dif parts of the building & car park which is quite reassuring. The online customer service respond through WhatsApp is prompt and informative, which makes our stay (check-in/out) a breeze 👍🏻"

It’s not in the main tourist belt, so you’ll likely need a car/Grab to get to key attractions. Additionally, building is located next to a busy road, especially during peak hours. The engine / exhaust sounds from vehicles were quite loud. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note for planning. *Amenities: 4/5 Good* The unit was well-equipped for a family. Had everything we needed for a comfortable 2D1N stay. Beds were comfy and the space worked well for our family. *Final thoughts*: Cube 8teens by Nest Home delivers good cleanliness, service, and amenities for families.
