Parking & Access: · Parking is accessible with a Touch 'n Go card. · Overnight rate: RM11 (from 9:45 PM to 8:35 AM). · Alternatively, street parking is available but requires a coupon or parking app. · Note: The elevator (lift) is located on Level 1, so you’ll need to take stairs to reach it initially—something to consider if you have heavy luggage. Check-in & Fees: · Self check-in kiosk available—fast and convenient. · Refundable deposit: RM50, payable by card. · Extra access card: Also requires a RM50 refundable deposit, plus a RM20 daily electricity charge. Room & Cleanliness: · Exceptionally clean (”squeaky clean”), everything feels new. · Room has a pleasant, fresh scent. · Twist the toothpaste to open · Minor Issue: The shower/bathroom drain was slow to clear water. Facilities: · Coway water dispenser and ironing facilities available in the hallway for guest use. · Water pressure on Level 2 was average—functional but not strong. · During my stay, there was a grand opening buffet with a great selection of food—a nice bonus Pros so far: · Very clean and new · Smooth self check-in · Front desk on stand by is nice · Convenient payment options (card for deposit) · Good basic amenities (Coway, iron) · Bonus: enjoyed opening ceremony buffet Cons so far: · Lift access requires stairs from ground level · Extra daily charge for electricity (RM20) on top of card deposit · Water pressure is only average (at least on Level 2) · Slow bathroom drain It would be a lovely guest perk if the hotel could waive or provide a discount on the parking fee for staying guests, simplifying the arrival experience haha

This place is as clean as it was when I visited about 8 years ago. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended for anyone who just needs a place to rest and relax without the bustle of sightseeing. And very convenient street food at glutton street and the Bentayan food court nearby. Lastly, May I suggest savoury instead of sweet snacks in the dining room on the ground floor. Thanks for the hospitality!

The environment is peaceful and relaxing, located near the sea with fresh air, great for a picnic or just to unwind. The staff were kind and helpful, especially when we had issues with our rooms. The rooms we first received were quite small, and the water stopped running a for a while, but after I reported it, the management quickly changed us to different rooms, which I appreciated. One thing to note is that there’s no on-site restaurant or nearby place to buy food, you’ll need to order online or drive around 10 minutes to get meals. Overall, it’s a nice place for a quiet getaway with friendly service, but the rooms and basic amenities could be improved.

The pre-fab capsule was complete and modern. Each capsule has a separate locker. There were not many guests so place was quite quiet. There's a tiny pantry with microwave, airfreight and water dispenser. Bring your own coffee or tea. Staff could do a little explanation for first timers.

Stayed here on 13–14 Dec 2025 in the family room. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay for our family. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with enough space for everyone to move around comfortably. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient for getting around Muar and finding food nearby. A good choice for families visiting the area.

Spacious room with a clean bathroom. Shampoo, body wash and toothbrush are provided. This is a river view room and the location is convenient! Around 5 minutes walking distance to Food street Jalan Haji Abu and street art. There is many banks and convenience stall nearby too. No fridge in the room but that fine for me. Staff are friendly and basement parking available but limited spaces, roadside parking is fine. Will come back again, thank you!

My overall experience staying at this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with a simple yet cozy design that immediately made me feel relaxed. The bed was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly all night. The staff were also very friendly, providing thoughtful and professional service from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to transportation. Overall, this was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely be willing to come back.

Everything wass good and manamged expectation

Overall everything were fine.. But the pipe got a little bit problem.. It make a funny sound tho🤣… But for me It’s don’t bother to me, since the pipe were function very well…

Used to be one of my favourite budget hotels in Muar, the accommodation is comfy and quiet with affordable price.However cleanliness wasn't really good nowdays. The best is FREE roadside parking spaces available. Recommended for budget traveller!
