First floor units are a big plus in this building, since you do not have to use stairs or elevator to access pool area.Location of this building is in a perfect location, since you can WALK to the Heart of Los Barriles in minutes. Two grocery stores are very close as well as many great, inexpensive restaurants. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATIONThere are two queen sized beds in the bedroom, and a sofa and a big futonin the living room. So the unit can sleep 6 comfortably, if 2 in each queen. This condo is in the Villas de Cortez Unit #1105. This is a well wonderful price for this unit. This unit rents from the Management company for $320 to $380 per night or more..
