"You need to walk 5mins from nearest place where car can drop off so be prepared to tip for hotel staff who arrange the help of luggages. Or just bring a backpack or small luggage. Without the luggage, location is good.

Just didn’t like the toilet very much, like most similar accommodations in Morocco, no ventilation inside. It’s nice that room windows can be opened like all accommodations we had across Morocco."

"This small hotel in the Medina is only accessible by foot, about 10 minutes from the entrance. With large suitcases, it can be challenging to walk up the narrow, steep stairs to the upper floors.
Nearby is the El Cielo restaurant, with a beautiful garden, decent cuisine by local standards, and slightly above-average prices.
The room is small, cozy, but a bit worn. The curtains are a bit dusty and have holes, and there's a bit of dust on the furniture, but overall, everything is acceptable.
A large bed (for one person) and air conditioning are available. The plumbing worked well.

"RIAD CHENGLI is definitely beautiful with exotic Moroccan decorated and newly furnished accommodation. It is located just 2 minutes from the gate, Bab El Ain, as the entrance of Medina.
It’s also a walkable distance to the nearby attractions, like Spanish Mosque and the castle in Main Square with many groceries and restaurants at the vicinity. The room is very clean and well equipped with shampoo and shower gel in bathroom, in particular the warmth pad in bed which is the most important in cold winter. There is a rooftop terrance with charming view of the whole city and Rif mountain. The host is a Chinese who could speak fluent English and took care of what we need during the stay. The breakfast is a really big portion with various breads, pastries, eggs, cheese, olive and even fried rice. Highly recommended."

"In the old town, it was difficult to carry the luggage up, so we brought simple toiletries. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is clean and hygienic, and the location is in the old town. When we went there, it was under renovation and the top floor was not usable, but fortunately we could take a panoramic view of the Blue City."

"The hotel isn't bad, it matches the photos. It's a good option for those with a car. There's parking right in front of the hotel. It's a motel. Without a car, it's not a good option; walking, while not far, is very inconvenient.
The breakfast was very varied and delicious. Juice, tea, and coffee were included. Everything in the photo, plus eggs.
I didn't like that there was no duvet cover, just a sheet under the blanket. There are so many authentic places in Morocco. I also didn't like that there were no utensils at all. But we asked reception for cups and spoons, and they gave us some."

The most satisfying hotel in Morocco (of course, the others are also good), I didn't expect such a crowded and narrow town to have such an exquisite hotel. In the town, you need to walk to arrive, the room is clean and tidy, the big bed is big bathroom, no smell and flaws, the bedding is good, sleep comfortably; the boss is fluent in English, very good communication, catch up with the Gurbang Festival, it is recommended to go to the station later (no one goes early), the service is good; This small hotel is on the 4th floor, the roof is still a good place to stay, the scenery is good. Highly recommended, worth living.

The staff of the homestay also enthusiastically contacted the staff to help us carry our luggage to the station. Recommended.

The room is comfortable and exquisite, and the typical blue decoration of Chefchaouen is outside the door, like a fairy tale world. Very close to the central square of the old city, with many restaurants and souvenir shops. The clerks are a few handsome young men, very polite, warm and considerate.

孙COCO的老公The sanitary conditions of the family hotel are average. I haven't cleaned it when I went there. I feel that no one has lived in it for a long time. There is no air conditioner and only an electric fan. The head shaking function is still broken. The toilet is close to the shower pool. The water flow on my head is very small, and there are very slippery white tiles under my feet, one square meter, I feel that it is not safe to stand in the bath, so this is the only place where I did not take a bath during my trip to Morocco, although I sweated a lot.

The Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town.
It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains.
The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages.
Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season.
Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it.
The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals).
It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you.
I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering.
