"The hotel's硬件 is pretty good for Issyk-Kul standards, definitely upper-middle range, not far off from a five-star resort. However, the service and decor details are distinctly Central Asian – very rugged and unrefined! For instance, the main entrance door in the lobby is so heavy a man has to push it with great force, and right outside are steps that can easily catch you off guard. My room didn't have a hairdryer, and when I asked the front desk, they insisted all rooms have them, even asking me why mine was missing. Were they implying we took it or hid it? 😂 Also, once you exit the elevator upstairs, there are no signs indicating room numbers or directions, so I had to wander around to find my room."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS GUEST HOUSE THROUGH TRIP.COM - it will result in major problems during your stay. As they believe they don’t use this platform so they will demand another payment.
Apart from that, this guest house is one of the most amazing places to stay. The food is outstanding and served like a five star restaurant. The breakfast is amazing! And the view is incredible. Rooms are a little noisy unfortunately but."

"Отель очень понравился своим сервисом, заботой о гостях и местоположением. Очень приветливо встретили, помогли с подъемом багажа, администратор вежливо все рассказала про гостиницу.
В каждом номере предусмотрены беруши и маска для сна-это здорово. Достаточно простые по обстановке номера, но все чисто. Вода в кулерах на этажах в свободном доступе. На втором этаже жить комфортнее. Та часть, где номера с видом на Иссык-Куль, первый этаж прям проходимый, под окнами впритык будут проходить гости и сотрудники отеля. А та часть, которая смотрит на задний двор, с видом в траву…
Я проживала на втором в номере 117 с видом на горы и деревню. Мне было уютно там.
Персонал приветливый, шустрый. Управляющие невероятно радушные, теплые, внимательные, отзывчивые!! Помогали с решением возникших вопросов. Очень приятно было познакомиться!
Дорога к гостинице после съезда с шоссе не очень хорошая, минут 5-10 придется потрястись. Но терпимо.
Пляж чистый, широкий, спокойный в 100 метрах от отеля.
Из минусов могу отметить только один, но для нас он был существенный: завтраки. Они прям не вкусные и бедные по наполнению. Стандартный набор: Из овощей 2 дольки помидора и 2 кружочка огурца, 3 малюсеньких треугольника сыра, 2 кусочка батона, водянистая жидкая каша, 2 яйца( омлет) и 2 дольки дыни. Все. Ни орехов, ни другого вида белка, ни овощей, ни фруктов( хотя сезон банальных яблок). Вот это требует внимания хозяев.."
