Hotel was hesitant to pick us up; we were cold and trapped outside and they were about to cancel our dinner even though we have paid for it. Also, the hotel will only answer your call between 09:00 and 19:00; what a lame service … hotel should be ready to answer its guests’ call 24 hrs, especially when you charge your guest over 170 USD per night per person!"
