Tendo City is also known as the city of shogi (Japanese chess), producing 95% of Japan's shogi pieces. It's also famous for its peaches and cherries."

"We used it for a night stay. The bath was wide and slowly soaked. I think the location is convenient in front of the station. I took an airplane, so I arrived while sightseeing in an hour and a half on foot, but there was a footbath on the way, so it was a satisfying sightseeing just by going to the hotel."

"료칸이 하고싶어서 큰맘먹고 개인탕있는 곳으로 예약했어요!! 센다이 특성상 다 먼 거리인거같아 차를 렌트해서 갔어요 생각보다 너무 친절하시고 시설이 너무 좋아요 공용탕도 있고 무엇보다 조식 석식 너무 맛있게 먹었어요 매일 다른 메뉴가 나와서 먹는 재미도 있었어요 한국인 후기가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 기대이상이였어요!!"
