"I booked this hotel after searching for accommodations with a sauna in Sano. The rooftop sauna offered great views, and the open-air bathing was incredibly refreshing. It's true that the facilities were old and the equipment was noticeably worn out, but it was cleaned to a certain extent and I think it was enough for those who don't require too much comfort. As an accommodation facility, I feel that it is very problematic to assign a smoking room to a customer who selected a non-smoking room. This not only directly affects the health and comfort of the customer, but also affects their sense of trust. I strongly hope that such mistakes will be improved in the future. Overall, even if we take into account that it is an old facility, the non-smoking policy was insufficient, so it may be difficult to use it again. I hope that other users do not have a similar experience."
