"This hotel is super convenient! It's just a short walk from Sano Shintoshi Bus Terminal, and Sano Premium Outlets is also within walking distance. Plus, there's a convenience store nearby. The public bath was a nice touch, and it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to really relax. I especially loved the herbal scent of the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!"

As an accommodation facility, I feel that it is very problematic to assign a smoking room to a customer who selected a non-smoking room. This not only directly affects the health and comfort of the customer, but also affects their sense of trust. I strongly hope that such mistakes will be improved in the future. Overall, even if we take into account that it is an old facility, the non-smoking policy was insufficient, so it may be difficult to use it again. I hope that other users do not have a similar experience."
