"This isn't a typical tourist town, but it has many hidden gem shops. SAKAINOMA Guesthouse does a great job with this, providing a detailed map.
Upgrading the chairs in the lobby's common area would add a touch of luxury. The hotel is surrounded by filming locations for many TV shows and movies; it would be great if they could provide guests with a 'must-visit' checklist.
There wasn't much meat available for breakfast.
It would be a pleasant surprise if they converted two public bathrooms on the higher floors of the bay-view side.
Overall, the price and experience are well worth it. Down by the train station, there's Yokozuna Ramen, Starbucks, Komeda, and a medium-sized supermarket, which offers discounted wagyu beef in the evenings."

"The room is big, the bed is big enough, there is a large jacuzzi, there is a window, very comfortable, but I was bitten by mosquitoes when I was sleeping. I hope the store owner will pay attention to it. The location is also good, very close to the Nanhai Line."

The hotel is very accessible—Sakai Station is just 3 stations away from Namba (about 7 minutes), making it easy to get to the city while enjoying a quieter environment. Parking is available just outside the hotel at ¥1,500 per day. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

"I stayed here on New Year's Eve! The TV was large enough to watch Kohaku Uta Gassen (a popular New Year's Eve music program). The room was incredibly clean. The bathroom was like new. Cup coffee was free refills, the breakfast had a great variety of delicious freshly made rice balls, and the staff were wonderful. I would definitely like to stay here again when I use Kansai Airport."

"This hotel is very good for the room cost. The staff is very helpful, courteous and all is orderly. Although the room is small - this is how things are in Japan - everything in the room is well organized, everything works perfectly and the hotel is very quiet! Hairdryer (yes), mini fridge (yes), work surface (yes), work chair (yes), work lamp (yes), fast Internet (yes at 200-400 Mbps), openable windows (yes), AC (yes), shower and shampoos (yes), washer dryer on 6th floor, proximity restaurants an 2 major train lines (~12 mins to Namba).
Of all hotels I have stayed in, in my business travels, this one stuns me for perfect functioning of everything and courtesy of the people. The Japanese people are very respectful and courteous.
Slight draw back is you only get one water bottle a day... So go to 7-11 at corner and buy the large 2 liter (?) water for $0.70.
Will stay here again for sure. So much bang for the buck and such kind and respectful and helpful staff! Bravo!

"Cute little hotel conveniently located right in front of Sakai station with all the amenities you need including a gendered public bath, self serve toiletries, washer/dryer. Rooms are small but typical for a Japanese hotel. The highlight is definitely the breakfast. This is a 3 star hotel but the breakfast is 5 stars easily. It’s a buffet of traditional Japanese breakfast dishes. You’re not going to get wagyu steak for breakfast, but every dish is extremely well prepared and tastes amazing. This is in comparison to other 4-5 star hotels we stayed at during this same trip. All in all, a wonderful stay you won’t regret booking here."

FFengyunyihao899The price is cheap. The room is relatively large. This is the advantage of this hotel. The disadvantage is that the transportation is not very convenient. It is next to the high-speed rail and it is noisy at night. You must live in the opposite direction of the building, so it is quieter. And there is no one at the front desk, you have to use the intercom to find it. It is not recommended for people with poor Japanese skills to stay here, as it is difficult to communicate.

Even though it is a large room, it is very cheap compared to other hotels, and it is good that the towels are substantial! It's good that the water absorption is too good! AAnonymous UserI stayed here while taking the Kindai University School of Medicine entrance exam. I was unfamiliar with the area, so I booked this hotel because it came up as a recommendation. It was conveniently located between Shin-Osaka Station, Kongo Station, and Izumigaoka Station on the Shinkansen. There were shopping streets and convenience stores nearby, so it was very convenient for us. Breakfast was included and delicious. I was happy to be able to try the kitsune udon.

MMANAMIworldI walked about 20 minutes from Sakai station, but I got the impression that I arrived early without hesitation at all even in the first land.
Amenities are styles to take by yourself next to the receptionist.
The room was like an ordinary business hotel, and I didn't expect anything because I just stayed.
