Above all, all the staff were very nice!!!
The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all very refreshing and pleasant.

"This time, I took my mother to Nobeoka to use the APA Hotel at the funeral of my maternal relatives.
The location was good and the building itself was old because I remember the old hotel, but it was cleanly renovated and comfortable.
Unlike the APA hotel in the city in a twin room, the bed was not too expensive and the room was large and nice. However, my mother is old and my legs are bad, and the oval-shaped bathtub looks beautiful, but for the elderly with bad legs, I can't stand up when I sit down. The next morning, I visited the front desk to see if there was a chair for long-term care, but I replied that I was not prepared. You won't be able to change the bathtub itself, but I would be grateful if you could prepare it for those who want such things for the elderly in the future. The elderly can't stand in the shower, and they can't stand in the first place.
However, you can't stay at the inn. Both the elderly and the poor legs can't stand up the next morning unless they have a bed.
I was also worried about the steps in the bathroom.
APA will be more comfortable to stay if you can prepare a little step or long-term care chair for a fee.
It was comfortable without saying anything else."

Located in the heart of the city, we're an exceptionally convenient location for business and tourism both.
"Payment methods include cash, credit card, and QR code. The large public bath is only for men, so women had to use the shower in the room, but since I was planning to stay overnight, it wasn't a problem. There are three parking spaces in total, and I was able to park even though I arrived late. The hotel staff were kind and I had a comfortable stay.
I had a lot of questions, so I called first thing in the morning and in the afternoon, but I couldn't get through, which was disappointing. Check-in time was listed as 4:00pm to 1:00am, but it seems that this was also a problem on the website and was arbitrarily decided to be 4:00pm.
If you have any questions, it's probably best to check in advance by email. The hotel's service was very good."

"- Can't check in early, arrive at the hotel 1.30 , still not allowed to check in, can only put the suitcase (I entered the room we are going to stay in but we can't enter first, still have to wait until 3 o'clock)
- The key when checking out, you must give it to the place (the location of the office, the hotel owner who opened as a promising hot spring place, not far from the building where we stayed, about a walk 2-3menit )

"I stayed with my husband and wife.
The room is honestly small and the bathroom is not moving
it was a giggling toilet and bathtub
There was a feeling of cleanliness.
And the refrigerator in the room was a small simple one
there's a shared refrigerator in front of the elevator.
i thought i had to buy ice for cooling.
The melted cold refrigerant frozen overnight and saved me.
I was satisfied with this cleanliness and refrigerator because I thought I would just sleep.
One thing I'm saying is that the slippers are too tired."

The room was clean, maybe for someone the mattress would be hard but for me perfect. They provide everything for stay and give you a nice rice treat in evening. :)
Also you can enjoy a hot bath. Also they allowed me to leave my backpack for few hours more.
I would stay there again.
Maybe the only confusing thing for a traveler, on Google maps the name of the hotel is ”Business Hotel Fukuhara”."

"It was used from other prefectures, but the location of the hotel was along the road and it was very easy to understand.
Also, the response of the front desk was very good and I felt good.
There was a washing detergent for consecutive nights.
I've never seen a detergent installed at the hotel.
I didn't use it, but it will be a concern on the hotel side.
The disadvantage was that the parking lot guide for the guests was a little difficult to understand.
Also, I heard a lot of voices and sounds while other guests were walking through the corridor.
I think the nervous person seems to be severe.
And the key to the room is ... old 〜.
Overall, the room was clean and I wanted to use it again."

"The location is far from Nobeoka JR station, needed to walk about 15-20minutes, and there are many pub and bar outside the street, at midnight I cannot find the hotel main gate, it is actually face to the main road. The staffs are friendly and nice, they tried to use English communicate. The room is ok, small but suitable for solo traveler."
