Transportation is a bit of a hassle - the only bus runs every two hours on a circular route from the station, so be aware of that. To get to Matsuyama, we had to walk 2 km to the highway - there's an intercity bus there (you have to look for the stop, and it's best to book a seat in advance, otherwise you can't guarantee a seat - we were lucky). The rooms are tiny, but have everything you need (kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning). The bathroom is spacious by Japanese standards, but the room is a bit cramped. The hotel is surrounded by nothing (only a shopping mall and a stadium), and is located in a village. Breakfast (buffet) is average (rice/sausages/omelette/curry). Juice - mango/carrot. Yogurt, pineapple, waffles. You can fill up if you want... "
