"We drove to the hotel and were able to park in the hotel's contracted parking lot. The room was even cleaner and more comfortable than we expected. We had made a reservation for breakfast in advance and were impressed by the deliciousness, variety, and abundance of local ingredients. We are grateful for the hospitality of the hotel staff. "The twin room is larger than other hotels in Japan, and is very close to JR Kusatsu Station, within walking distance. There is a shopping mall nearby where you can go shopping. There are also many searches for restaurants in the surrounding area. Overall it’s pretty good."

"I chose this hotel for my business trip. It was very clean, and the sheets and blankets in the room were changed daily. The single room wasn't very big, but it was enough for my early mornings and late nights. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed for 4 nights, did not drive around Lake Biwa, the transportation is very convenient, JR station express train stops, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants nearby, basic needs are all there, CP value is high, you can choose to have a leisurely breakfast facing the scenery outside the window one day! The staff has a good service attitude and is willing to help! The air conditioner in the room was originally very noisy, but later it was adjusted to be lower than the room temperature to avoid constant braking!"
