"My wife felt bad during the meal, but the staff was very friendly and took care of me. The next morning, thanks to you, I was fine and I was able to speak at the time of meal. Thank you. Dinner was politely responded to the next dish while watching the progress of the meal. Breakfast was a buffet, but all the dishes were delicious and the number of items was abundant and delicious. I had a very good trip that I can't forget. Thank you very much."

"It's very inconvenient without a car, but the calm and quiet environment was perfect for a relaxing night. It's just over an hour's drive from Lake Towada and Oirase Gorge, but for hotels in the same price range, the cleanliness and food were better than hotels around Lake Towada. The only downside is that there are only a limited number of places to eat within walking distance, so it's probably best to have dinner at the hotel or eat in advance. The room was clean and the food was delicious, so I was very satisfied."

"They offer children's toys for rent, which is a very thoughtful touch. You can see snow hangings and the snowmen they lovingly made. This place must often host tour groups; compared to the Kamenoi Hotel, it seemed quite crowded. Dinner was Japanese-style, not as relaxed as a buffet. The chef's attitude towards the complimentary dandan noodles in the evening seemed a bit tired."

"We drove to the hotel and appreciated the big free parking available. We also noted the proximity of the train station, so location wise, it is convenient yet gives the sense of seclusion which is perfect for relaxation. Check in was a breeze, the English proficiency of the receptionist with the printed information in English good enough. the Onsen was large and the outdoor part was a joy! i particularly enjoyed my time there soaking in the hot water, listening to the sound of the flowing river and watching the fauna. food spread, quality and quantity at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. i noted that the staffs were diligently topping up items that were running out even to later in the meal times, unlike some places where they may just not do so. We booked a room with open air bath and it was worth the money for it! would totally do that again when i return and highly recommended. must compliment the lounge with their welcome drinks and rice crackers which you can help yourself to. although its just rice crackers, it a nice touch, perhaps adding some nuts is my only suggestion. would highly recommend this place to stay if around, in fact we deliberately chose to stay here to break our journey from Hirosaki to Morioka, so glad we did!"

"Surprisingly good, the service is very attentive, I also helped to wipe the suitcase when I checked in, and the century-old hot spring that treats the stomach and intestines can even be consumed directly~ the four hot springs are different~ the food is delicious! There are also free massage chairs, super cost-effective!"
