"This is a popular hotel that is always fully booked. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes and is delicious. And although the bath isn't particularly large, I love the panoramic view from the top floor!"

"I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience. I really liked my room — it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was that the window to the balcony didn’t open, though I suppose it was designed that way. The onsen was absolutely wonderful — spacious, relaxing, and with a beautiful view of a mountain river. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also offers many different areas for leisure and entertainment. You can play table tennis, relax in cozy rest zones, visit small cafés and shops — there’s a lot to explore without even leaving the building. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. However, due to the number of guests, it was a bit challenging for the staff to manage everything smoothly. On two occasions, someone almost took my table, even though I had already placed the reservation card on it to show it was taken. That said, the staff overall were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciated their attitude throughout my stay. This hotel is clearly family-oriented, with many families staying with young children. There are rooms with child-friendly designs and dedicated play areas, so if you’re looking for a quiet, adult-only atmosphere, this might not be the best fit. That said, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back."

"The cabin was narrower than the picture, and the bathroom was outside, so grass bugs flew at night, which was uncomfortable for children to go around. However, dinner and breakfast were buffet style, which was really healthy, and the taste was good, and the quantity was also foody. It was in the mountains, so the cool wind and the sound of the water refreshed me in the evening."

"I used a shower to wash my hands because the drain in the hand washroom in the room was clogged or the water did not flow. The service was very good."

"There is a bus transfer from the JR Keke Station to the hotel, and the traffic is quite convenient. The mountain is relatively quiet, the hotel staff is English, the service is in place and warm. There are lakes, woods, mountains, hot springs and snow fields in the resort, where you can enjoy a few days of peace of mind. On the second day of our stay, we went to the far ski resort. The hotel staff helped to book a taxi. We also asked if we need a taxi to return. After confirmation, I also helped the driver to confirm the return time, which greatly helped us communicate with the driver. (There are more local tourists in Japan here, and the English level of restaurants and drivers is limited)"

The free shuttle from Chino Station makes getting here quite easy. The traditional kaiseki dinner was exceptional! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with a perfect blend of spices. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience that complemented the serene surroundings perfectly! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape and rejuvenate in nature, have a comfortable and pleasant holiday away from the noisy and crowded big city.
