"Definitely upgraded from the previous Mitsui Garden Hotel it used to be, elevators and bathrooms need a face lift. Outside of that suggestion, great comfort for beds and clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. Grocery store is close by and a few awesome izakaya’s. I will definitely stay here again."

"I booked this hotel near the exhibition hall in advance. The hotel has two wings, and you'll see a sign when you come from the subway station. I booked the Premier room. The front desk is right by the restaurant on the first floor of the lobby. Check-in was efficient, and the service attitude was excellent. The hotel's decor is a bit old, but it's very well-maintained. The room size is quite large for this price range, and it's fully equipped. When you open the curtains, the view is pretty good. The hotel's location is fantastic, directly opposite the JR station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There's even an outlet mall here [smiley face][smiley face][smiley face]. It's a 10-minute walk to the exhibition hall. A subway ride to central Tokyo only takes about 40 minutes. The hotel breakfast offers good choices, and the taste is also great. Premier guests can also enjoy the all-day restaurant with coffee and afternoon tea."

"This hotel is right above a subway station, which is super convenient for getting around. However, for this Kanto trip, several hotels, including this one, used self-service check-in kiosks, which I found a bit inconvenient and lacking a personal touch. Last year, all the hotels in the Kanto region had manual check-ins, which felt much better. The picture is of the Hoki Museum in Chiba, which was also the reason I stayed here for a night."

"It was really quiet, and having a double door to the room meant I never heard any noise! The bed was much bigger than I expected, which was great – plenty of space for two people. There seemed to be a lot of pubs and convenience stores around the accommodation too!"

"Already our second stay at JR East Hotel Mets Premier Makuhari Toyosuna in just a few months, and once again, we picked it for its unbeatable location. It’s literally just steps away from Makuhari Toyosuna JR Station, with a fully covered walkway leading straight to the entrance, so even in heavy rain or snow, you’ll stay completely dry.This time, our room was at the far end of the floor, and the layout felt even more efficient—no wasted space, everything thoughtfully designed. The room was clean and spacious, with a massage chair and a Dyson hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but every dish was nicely made, and the seasonal items even came with clear explanations in both Japanese and English.What really stands out is how generous the hotel is with amenities. Guests can freely pick up skincare products, face masks, bath salts, and other self-care items from the lobby, plus there’s a complimentary coffee machine for a quick caffeine fix anytime.Another big plus is the convenience store right inside the hotel, perfect for grabbing a snack or drink. With Aeon Mall, Muji, Uniqlo, Costco, etc. all nearby, it’s truly the perfect location for shopping and picking up souvenirs. We shall definitely return very soon in our next trip."

"I had a wonderful experience at Capsule Hotel The Inn. The building was within walking distance from Chiba Station, which I reached from the Narita airport using one train within an hour, which was a huge plus. The area was very quiet, and I slept really well in my cozy capsule.
My cubicle was well equipped with a TV, lamp, locker, hand sanitizer, cups for water (they even provided a bottle of water at check-in), and there were candies waiting for me inside — such a nice touch! I truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was 5 out of 5! 👍🏻
Check-in was smooth and easy. Check-out was also straightforward, though it’s important to note their very strict policy: everyone must be out by 10:00 AM, even long-stay guests, as the entire hotel closes for daily maintenance. This wasn’t an issue for me since I stayed only one night, but it’s good to be aware of.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! 💖"

"This was my second time staying at Green Tower Makuhari, and once again I had a pleasant experience.
The location is excellent — it’s very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around.
One of the best parts is that Mitsui Outlet Park is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect for shopping and dining without needing to go far.
Transportation is also very convenient, with a direct subway/train keiyo line connection to Tokyo Disneyland and also goes directly to tokyo station as well , making this hotel a great choice for Disney visitors as well.
Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a great location, and the fact that I chose to stay here again says a lot. I would definitely recommend it for both leisure and short trips."

"Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit."

Large room with a good setup. The hotel has nice amenities and the bathroom has a seperated shower room (however this is glass). The hotel is right on the train line and is very convenient.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station.There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient. Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations. The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value.

It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
