Hotels with WiFi in Achi

"I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by one of your hotel staff members, Ito-san. During my stay in Hirugami No-Mori, Ito-San went above and beyond to ensure that our experience at your onsen/hotel was a memorable one. Despite the language barrier, Ito-san's attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me in navigating the area made a significant difference in my stay. Her use of Google Translate to communicate with us was impressive and demonstrated her dedication to providing top-notch service. I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills, which were evident in every interaction I had with her. Her talent is remarkable, and I hope that your hotel will continue to support and develop her professionally. Please convey my heartfelt appreciation to Ito-san, and please recognize her outstanding work. She is a true asset to your onsen/hotel, and I look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for providing me with a memorable experience, and I wish you and your team continued success."

"To get to hotel need arrange on own expenses for taxi cost approx Yen 7000 from lida station. To go nearby heaven sohara cost approx Yen 3000 on own expenses. The benefits is free transport at night to star grazing and hotel provided coats, mat and equipment. The dinner served at 5pm is very delicious. We missed breakfast because we have to travel at 630am so we are given rice balls. If hotel put breakfast timing 7am will be great for any travellers planning. At night, they provided warm heated water pillow to hug for cold winter."

"I visited for the first time in about 15 years. The building and facilities were old, but the cleaning seemed to be done well. The hot spring water was the same and very good. My skin became smooth. The food was a buffet, so I didn't have high expectations, but I ended up having seconds three times. There were other dishes such as oyaki, Shinshu salmon, and soba noodles, which were delicious. The ice cream and yogurt made with fresh milk were also delicious. The sweets called Imo Daigaku sold at the souvenir shop were delicious."

"Visiting Achi Village, I compared several nearby hot spring ryokans and decided to try this one for its reasonable price, offering a one-night stay with two meals. Upon entering, there's a beautiful garden, and indoors, shoes must be removed. The interior space is ample, and with not many guests, the service was very satisfying. The room size was surprisingly large, and the lobby offered complimentary all-you-can-drink beverages, including alcohol, plus an outdoor foot bath. The restaurant food quality was acceptable, and overall, I was pleased with my stay."

"I really love hot spring inns like these in small places. As soon as I told the staff where I wanted to go, they arranged a car to take me there. The little boy's smile is so adorable. There's a Kannon Bodhisattva in the open-air bath. Sitting in the bath at night, I admired the full moon. Although the sky was filled with stars, it was too bright. I could only vaguely see some. At night, I strolled along the banks of the Achi River, listening to the rushing water and gazing at the dim yellow lights of the inns. At the foot of the mountain, I could see the Big Dipper with the moon behind me. It's a little inconvenient to get to from Tokyo, but the crowds are less and the experience is better. I'll wait for a chance to go stargazing in winter."

"The facility is old, but it was clean and there was no problem. The employee was smiling and cheerful and comfortable."

"We spent two nights here and everything was flawless! The service and amenities were top-notch, and every meal—from dinner to breakfast—was carefully curated and delicious. Truly one of the best luxury onsen hotels in all of Japan"

"I stayed at Qingfengyuan again this year. I feel very good. The service is － flow. I especially thank Oriyama, Makino, Yo and Itsubo san for arranging transportation, check-in, tourism and food for many of us. Thank you very much! Extremely recommended!"
