"This hotel is the best one of the seven hotels I have to change in this European trip. When I checked in, because the time was too early and the room had not been cleaned, the hotel counter staff took me to the dining room and entertained me with a cup of hot tea and my own baked biscuits. This hotel is really great, it is recommended to live if you have the opportunity! This hotel is the best among the seven I stayed at during my trip to Europe. During check-in, the hotel staff mentioned that the small flower on the table was a gift for me, and at checkout, they prepared a homemade cookie cake for me to take with me. Since I needed to check out early the next day, I informed the front desk staff, and they arranged for breakfast, which was originally set to start at 7:30 AM, to be ready for me at 7:00 AM. I was so touched! The restaurant staff politely introduced each dish, and the pastries and cakes were homemade as well. This hotel is really fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!"

"It is a nice hotel, with friendly staff (specially the woman in the restaurant, she is really something!), nice parking space, a small swimming pool. The room is small, bed really hard and the shower space really tidy. Exceptional breakfast with fresh honey, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh coffee and fresh fruit (really a 5 star breakfast). The hotel is 10 min walk to the lake and far the the Rocca Scaligera (50 min with bike that you can rent at the hotel for 7 euros). And the restaurant was a really good surprise, we had a wonderful lunch . All in all worth the stay."
