Very nice, family run B&B old style Italian country house with good size grounds.
Well stocked common kitchen, good breakfast, well sized room with full facilities.
Lots of space for parking.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Altogether, a very good place to stay at whilst visiting the area around Perugia.

MP400Hotel Sina Brufani is a five-star hotel in the thousand-year-old ancient city of Perugia, Italy. It is located in the center of the old city and has an absolutely superb environment! Especially on the third floor terrace, various hand-painted tabletops are colorful! Looking around, the old and new urban areas have clear outlines. In the morning, the lingering sound of church bells in the mountains and at the foot of the mountains makes people feel calm and cool. Occasionally, there is the faint sound of the organ, which can't help but make people fascinated...
However, as guests of the Perugia International Music Festival, young Steinway artists and their families, they are very, very dissatisfied with the ”hidden neglect” of the staff of this hotel towards Chinese (Oriental people)! As a Ctrip diamond customer, I personally strongly recommend that Ctrip take measures that do not recommend or encourage Chinese people to be humiliated to safeguard the dignity of the Chinese people!
First of all, the middle-aged and elderly female head waiter in the breakfast room always asks for the room number every morning when facing Oriental faces (including Korean and Japanese tourists attending the music festival), and she never takes a seat! However, for the Western white people who entered the hall at the same time or later, they not only did not ask for their room number, but also showed them to their seats in person. The contrast was huge! I have traveled abroad hundreds of times for business and private purposes since 1998. I flew to Europe with a platinum card and dozens of times. This is the first time I have experienced an indescribable kind of neglect and even implicit discrimination in an underdeveloped G7 mountain town! Coincidentally, before leaving Perugia, we wanted to have a dinner with friends who are piano professors from Europe and the United States. We went to the open-air bar on the first floor to find a table. We asked the female clerk if there was a table by the window. When we found out that no one had reserved it, we made a reservation for the evening, and a male bartender joined us. I asked for the room number before and was told that I couldn’t reserve a table by the window? I said: The female clerk said that there was no reservation for that table, and besides, we were also hotel guests, but the male clerk was very ”stubborn” and said that we couldn't make a reservation! I said to pay the advance payment first, but the male clerk waved his hand and refused! To be honest, this kind of service attitude is no longer a matter of mutual respect! This old hotel is old, but it treats customers so badly. I think it is an unreasonable neglect of Chinese tourists! Because our faces are Oriental, Chinese, because we are not white travelers who look “noble”? ! (If we come to Perugia next year, we will never look at these hotels that are unreasonable to Chinese people. By the way, a group of us later went to a local Michelin restaurant, which was very fun...)

The hotel is a wonderful place and with the good weather it can be appreciated more, as it has a beautiful outdoor pool and spa. The breakfast was divine, they have a wonderful offer, both of salt and of sweet, and certainly a place of heart, if we have the opportunity to return.

Nice structure. nice staff. There are adequate services. However, full outdoor parking Saturday night due to the restaurant's customers so much that they can't park. In addition, when we arrived the room was cold: I think if guests arrive, the environment must be prepared to be comfortable (and this also takes into account the hotel level and the costs). The spa with heated swimming pool, sauna and very nice Turkish bathroom (pay).

Not too far from the mini metro station, the next building? There were supermarkets, beauty salons, cafes, wine shops, etc., and it was very convenient. Since the main thing was not sightseeing, there were many styles of buying side dishes at the supermarket and eating in the hotel room, but there were many delicious things lined up, and the clerk was kind. The hotel is also very friendly. The room is clean and has a toilet seat. The shower was good, the hotel was really satisfying, and the breakfast was delicious. A lot of fruits, 100% juice and delicious, there are many kinds of favorite cheese, salami, prosciutto, dessert buffet? There were about 7 types of cakes from the morning, and I ate them from the morning. There is definitely a salad in the image of a Japanese buffet, but it wasn't here, but it was delicious. I still wanted to stay here when I went to Perugia. Thank you very much.

Hotel in a strategic location (around the Italic Forum and the Olympic Stadium, also comfortable to reach the city center walking, for those like us who love to walk). Also the very clean bathroom and with all the comforts. Small breakfast room, but the offer of sweet and salt is more than satisfactory and with quality products. I'll surely return to you

Staff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do.
The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects.
Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

Location was perfect. Close to mini metro and situated within the old town. Has the basic amenities needed for short stays. My only issue was that you can hear the banging of doors and noise in the corridor inside your room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

A decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in.
The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect.
Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.

Set quite a way out of Perugia town, a car is needed to access this hotel in the hills. It is a little step back in time. The room fixtures are early 70s and there’s nothing super fancy here, but it is a charming and relaxing stay. The room is spacious but the bathroom is tiny and really needs an update. Breakfast was a nice spread but staff were not topping up anything and most items had run out by about 9:15am. The front patio is a relaxing space to sit and take in the pretty flower pots. Staff are lovely and this was a terrific last minute option to access Old Town Perugia.
