"I was given a small single room which was different from what i booked. No staff except on WhatsApp (it was Sunday when I arrived)-. She was quick to respond. At first she said i made the mistake but when i showed the pictures of what i booked, i was given the right room. Good thing also the 1st room had no heating even though card was inserted into the control panel.
Self check-in to new room and i had to take new key myself. Zero human contact.
2nd room - Huge room but extremely cold. Floor had beautiful tiles but freezing cold. Hotel didn’t provide slippers. Toilet too small. Bidet blocked the door to the shower. Had to be very careful or else may fall!
Location is probably the only positive thing about this hotel. The staff at checkout NOT customer oriented."

"Unexpected surprise.
The boutique hotel it’s located in the center of the city and the rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. The building is a classic Italian historical building with high ceilings and decorations. I must say was a nice experience. Breakfast it’s topical Italian with some intercontinental options."

"Check-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

"The room is large, and the ventilation system is good. The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it’s good with its location, as it’s located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn’t suitable for you as they don’t have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it’s windy.
It’s a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it’s not bad!"

If I could give this place 20/10 for service, I would. When we arrived at the location, we were in a complete state of panic as we thought we had been scammed by the gas station up the road. After checking us in (a few hours early), the receptionist kindly accompanied us back to the gas station and helped us translate between Italian and English, clarifying the misunderstanding of the situation. This was exceptional service and kindness we were not expecting.
The room itself was incredibly luxurious - we actually had 2 bedrooms (family suite) for 2 people. The walk-in wardrobe was a delightful surprise, although we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. As we were both working while on holiday, the study desk in each room gave us the privacy and space to do our meetings and work independently. The bar fridge was useful for us to store our salads, snacks and bottled drinks.
The bed was super comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. The pillows were also the right height. Thankfully, there was air conditioning - our previous hotel did not. We slept like babies. The bathroom had all the amenities, including a hairdryer which is essential for me.
Best for last - breakfast the next morning was an absolute feast. The continental style breakfast spread was generous and we indulged in pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits and marvellous coffee. I believe everything is baked fresh in house. As we checked out, we were even gifted a bag of pastries to take on our journey with us. ＜3
I highly recommend this place, and I am ever grateful to the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed here.

Lo staff si è dimostrato interessato che andasse tutto bene. Ho apprezzato molto l' eleganza e la pulizia. La stanza molto ampia, letto e cuscini non lasciati al caso: comodi e confortevoli.
Un piccolo frighetto in camera e una graziosa area comune per una piccola colazione o un caffè è stata altrettanto gradita.

The room is a bit small, the facilities are good, one person is OK, not soundproof. The sound of the washing machine next door can be heard. It is estimated that I will snoring and will attract many people to scold. Breakfast is a cup of coffee and a croissant, enough.

We were diverted to Falconieri hotel which had only been opened 2 months. A winner. Amazing staff and fantastic amenities. Location beautiful but an uphill walk from train station, however manageable and visually stunning through the Piazza.

Anonymous User設施：首先不是酒店級別，就是一個簡單的漁村民宿，並不是標註的自有免費停車場，而是停在路邊。旺季的時候特別狹窄，單向行駛，兩邊都停車非常困難。
地理位置確實特別，緊鄰沙灘，而且水質清澈，有酒店的沙灘和遮陽傘，風景還是很不錯的，尤其是看落日。酒店的二樓餐廳，質量還是不錯的，老闆好像很想把自己打造成一個有格調的餐廳，服務員很專業，菜品還可以，但是一瓶水賣六歐也太誇張了，喝了兩瓶水12歐。餐前麪包另算四歐，還有服務費…整體菜的價格，在這種小漁村來説是比較貴的。
比較老式的建築有特色，但是完全不隔音，樓下在開派對吵了半夜。有露天陽台，方面曬衣服，硬件設施就比較老舊，尤其是衞生間。但是套房 房間整體面積挺大。
游泳池有跳水，小朋友玩得很開心。
