Hotels with WiFi in Nilgiris

The property is good to stay clean and well maintained, but no restaurant except breakfast, city restaurants are too far auto charges 700 rs return for 3.5 km that is too much, zomato and Swiggy is there, less option of restaurant for vegetarians 2 to 3 only, rest all is good no complains, room 101 should have tinted view glass for privacy reasons, that should be taken care off immediately, request to owner to open restaurant as well for guest atleast . staff is very well trained and behaved thanks 👍

Fabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down  to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back).  Didn’t realise we could order eggs  for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them  on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned  on arrival  and there were splatters marks on the wall  above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout! Fabulous shower. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent. We did the morning ’hike’  which was well worth getting up for.  We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise.  Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch  although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Would recommend staying here as rooms, location  & restaurant are excellent.

I had an amazing experience at Bella Vista Resort! It is one of the most cozy and comfortable resorts I have ever stayed at. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are well-maintained, and the overall ambiance is perfect for relaxation. What truly sets this resort apart is the hospitality. The owner, manager, and caretakers were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their friendly and helpful nature made our stay even more enjoyable. From the beautiful surroundings to the excellent service, everything about Bella Vista Resort was perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Can't wait to visit again!

Overall, everything was good except for one issue. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000). What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through Trip.com twice, but both were rejected. le the stay itself was satisfactory, the lack of flexibility and customer support in handling an emergency situation left a very negative impression.

Orchid Square has given us lovely memories of Coonoor. It was comfortable, clean and the food was excellent. However it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that really helped to make our experience here a very good one. The restaurant staff in particular showed good humour. The hotel helped with transport. The wifi connection was good. It was peaceful and our room was spacious with lots of extras like tea/coffee, shampoo/ hairdryer. The only downside was the distance into town, needing a tut-tut, about 10-15mins travel time. However, we had peace and quiet.

Location was easily findable. food was average. good amenities at a nice price. good service of the staff. location of the hotel was easily findable. Food was average. good amenities at valuable price. good service by the staff.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were large enough. The restaurent , buffet breakfast is good. Need to watchout the hot water timings. overall a nice property.

The hotel services were excellent top notch. The staff were professional, provided me with a lot of extra services with no additional cost, rooms were clean. And most importantly the location is absolutely great. Just beside the botanical garden i had some amazing experiences. The only con is the room size is too small and i mean it. It's so small if you keep your luggage on the floor you won't be able to walk properly. This can be a major issue to a lot of people

Don't expect the place to be like in photos. If you like to stay in an actual palace where a lot of movies were shot(if you know the movie references) the stay will be more enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. You can walk around and enjoy, they have a ground and viewpoint. Don't expect other amenities like in the resort. Food is not that great and it is expensive. I stayed with my parents and kids. Enjoyed the stay. They have luggage service unlike what some other reviews have mentioned, but the radiator was not working in the room. The value lies in heritage and the movie references. Not crowded and noisy.

Berry Resort Hill Ooty Review: A 3-Day Paradise I recently spent 3 unforgettable days at Berry Resort Hill Ooty, and it truly lived up to the hype. This is undoubtedly one of the best resorts in the region, offering breathtaking views that surpass any other I've encountered in Ooty. Perched atop a hill, the scenery is simply mesmerizing. The resort itself is beautifully maintained and exudes a serene ambiance. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. A highlight of my stay was the delicious food. Every meal was a culinary delight, showcasing a wonderful blend of local flavors. The staff, particularly Mr. Predeep at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome. Key Takeaways: * Book in Advance: This resort is highly sought after, so I strongly recommend booking well in advance, especially if traveling during peak season. * Embrace the Views: The panoramic vistas from the resort are truly unforgettable. * Don't Miss the Tea Factory: A visit to a nearby tea factory is a must for any visitor to Ooty. Overall: My 3-day stay at Berry Resort Hill was a truly rejuvenating experience. The stunning views, excellent food, and exceptional service combined to create an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Ooty. I hope this review effectively captures your recent 3-day stay at Berry Resort Hill!
