"This is a wonderful new hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay before heading to Bromo, with beautiful surrounding landscapes. The grounds are extensive and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable with large beds. The bunk bed option is quite interesting and a really good choice for a group. However, the bathroom door in our room didn't close very well, and it was clear the renovation was recent, as there were still some paint smudges on the walls. I'd particularly like to highlight the breakfasts and dinner menu – everything was fantastic. The food is delicious, there's a wide variety of options, and they even serve alcohol. The prices are very reasonable, so there's no need to leave the property to find a place to eat. The staff are incredibly pleasant and polite, always ready to help and offer advice. We booked a Bromo tour on motorcycles with a driver and a round-trip tour around the volcano, and the views were absolutely stunning. It's definitely worth going by motorcycle rather than jeep. We were very pleased with our stay and would happily return again."

The service is excellent; breakfast is served until 11 am, and they even call the room to remind you when it's almost closing time. They can also help you book a Bromo sunrise tour by private car for 800,000 Indonesian Rupiah. The service is great, and the Jeep even has a name tag. There's a 24-hour front desk. Ctrip says there's no one at the front desk after 11 pm, but don't worry, they'll wait once you've booked."

"Since the volcano trip was a last-minute decision, I searched for hotels on Ctrip based on their high ratings. This one had a high score, so I chose it. Without further ado, here's my review: Facilities: You guys are really tight-lipped! The sheets and blankets were damp and not dry at all, but nobody complained. It was hard to sleep well at night, and I was prone to catching a cold. Being in the mountains, there was no air conditioning, and hot water was unavailable. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't see many mosquitoes all night, but the twin room was a bit small. Environment: Many places were rusty, indicating poor management. The atmosphere was a bit eerie at night. The swimming pool was unusable due to moss growth. It was a mosquito paradise. The restaurant was average; the beef burger buns smelled stale, so I wouldn't recommend it. Service: The only area I can highly recommend. The service was good. They offered to pack breakfast for those who needed to get up early to watch the sunrise. They have a private car service from the airport, but it costs 900,000 Indonesian Rupiah. I recommend contacting the front desk via WhatsApp beforehand to check if they have a car available. The driver was quite professional. In summary, if you're very particular about accommodation quality, NO! Definitely don't choose this one. If you're a special forces tourist, just looking for sunrise and don't want to worry about much, then it's an option, because it's really hassle-free. I think there are other good hotels to choose from in this town; this one is a bit pricey."
