Hotels with WiFi in Pekanbaru

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Besides being comfortable, it's right in the city center, close to large malls. Every time we had a staycation with the kids, swimming here was very comfortable. What really impressed me was getting a birthday surprise from the hotel staff!"

"⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐Hotel in Pekanbaru ..!! Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the team delivered warm, genuine, and attentive customer service—I’m truly impressed. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable, with a relaxing, resort-style feel. What really stood out was the consistency—from the concierge to breakfast and housekeeping, every detail was flawless. Special thanks to the amazing Front Desk team led by Kak Mifta, along with Bang Dean, Bang Rizki, and the entire breakfast team—everyone was incredible. And a big thank you to Ney, who cooked Indomie for us every morning—her customer service was truly amazing and made each day extra special. This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them. Officially 4-star, but without a doubt delivers a 6-star experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back! Kind regards, Nerangi"

"The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is large and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay here."

"I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places."

"The only issue I had that hotel reception desk staff could not find my reservation despite sending confirmation that room was booked. It took 20 mins to sort this out."

"First time staying here, and the location is great! It's close to both SKA Mall and Living World. My kids loved it because of how close it was to the mall. It was clean and the service was excellent. 👌"

"Everything was smooth from arrival to checkout. Check-in was quick, the room and bathroom were clean (though not overly spacious), and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a limited selection, but all items were tasty and constantly replenished. Hot and cold water dispensers were conveniently available on every guest floor corridor. While not on a main road, the hotel is near a Soto Boyolali restaurant if you're looking for a convenient meal."

"Heard the call to prayer at 5 AM and couldn't sleep. I respect it. Otherwise, the hotel's facilities and services were great, and there are many good restaurants nearby."

"The location is very convenient and easy to reach. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"
