"The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. "This hotel located at a very convenient area especially for culinary. Front desk service was uneventfull and everything went smoothly. Room was clean and setup as requested at booking. Amenities complete as expected from the scale of this hotel. Ac, hotwater and water kennel worked perfectly.
Small problem with plumbing in the raiser of the hotel, for some reason pipes were ratling when neighbor were using their water. It was rather loud especially in quite room.
Parking can be challenging when arriving during rain, as covered parking is very limited.
Overall, I have stayed here several times, and no complain each stays."

"It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the location is very strategic. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, which made the check-in experience pleasant. During Ramadan, they kindly arranged for breakfast to be delivered to my room as requested, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, and overall the stay was very comfortable. "My first time trying Santika Bogor, and the location is strategic, service is good, rooms are good, and the hospitality is also good. Just a small note: at breakfast, the variety of food wasn't as much as when I last stayed at a Santika in another city. The fried eggs and omelets were prepared in large quantities before the restaurant even opened, so they were a bit dry. Also, the coordination with parking at Botani Square needs improvement so that we're not charged for parking again upon exit. But overall, I'm satisfied with Santika Bogor's service. Shout out to Ms. Vanny for her quick and helpful service!"

The room's interior needs an update; there was peeling wallpaper and stained sheets.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety.
One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again"

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The location was decent, with a few convenience stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Hotel facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist when needed.
The main downside was that the rooms felt a bit dated, with visible marks and scratches on the walls. The bath towels were also of poor quality and didn’t dry you very well after a shower. Aside from that, the general facilities were acceptable, and I wouldn’t mind returning."

"Had a great stay at Bigland Hotel Bogor during my trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Location was also convenient, which made everything easier during my visit.
One thing I really love about this hotel is they serve Starbucks coffee right from the room. As a coffee lover, being able to enjoy it anytime without needing to go out is such a nice touch. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back here every time I visit Bogor.

"Heritage hotel, in good condition despite the building age. We stay in 6th floor, the elevator only reaches 5th floor so we still need to take stairs. Standart room in 6th floor is quite large, we put our twin bed together for the three of us and still feel spacious.
The hotel has special low-calorie dishes, dendeng and satay, which I think were made for vegan.
They have delicious doughnuts, must try for desert.
There's a wet wet party for kids in the pool everymorning. I tried their billiard and old piano, which was a nice experience."

The location is great—Botani Mall is just around the corner.
A couple of things to note: there’s no fridge in the room, and the shower area isn’t separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. It’s manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup.

GGuest UserOn the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was.
When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance.
Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly.

GGuest UserI'm not sure how this hotel is considered a 4 start hotel. Although the customer service was nice but overall I had a horrible experience. When I got to the room, the bathroom was not clean, and I wish I had taken photos. The AC was not working. We contacted reception to come and fix it. At 2 a.m., while I was sleeping, I woke up sweating from the heat even though I had the AC on. Turned out the electricity was turned off and again I had to contact reception again. They came and fixed it. Up until then, I hadn't even said anything. When I got back to the hotel room on the same day, the door keypad was not working. I went down to reception to get another keypad, which opened the door but was not working for the electricity. I contacted service again and they came and suggested we go to another room. In the second room, we also had several issues. Our bathroom door was locked unexpectedly, the phone was not working, and the bidet screw was broken. Unfortunately, that's such a disappointment. Will never go back there and definitely do not recommend it.

The rooms are spacious like serviced apartments, complete with a work desk, living area, and kitchenette, making it comfortable for longer stays. The Wi-Fi was reliable for online meetings, the atmosphere was quiet for productivity, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Although the interior feels slightly classic, the peaceful environment and great facilities make it a solid choice for business

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!

- The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud.
- The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel.
Bad:
- Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did.
- It takes ages to get hot water for a shower.
- Water pressure is highly irregular.
