"Pleasant hotel with good value for money. The location is a bit far from the city center in Tanjung Pandan (~30 km) so I had to drive quite far to find more food options (on the other hand it’s only a 10 min drive from Belitung’s top beach at Tanjung Kelayang). Nevertheless, the area around the hotel is pretty nice with good beaches abundant (despite my visit being in December when the water is less pristine) and virtually no traffic. While the room cleanliness is acceptable, for a hotel opened in 2017 I got the impression that many spots of the hotel are a bit rundown and in need of renovation/touch ups. The facilities of the hotel are quite limited (the pool is rather small & boring, the gym is very small with few equipment, the restaurant & spa personally I found not very inviting) so I find the hotel too boring for a staycation. Despite carrying the Santika Premiere brand I also find the amenities/breakfast options to be less than other Santika Premieres I’ve stayed at. I think it’s a good option for people who want to escape the crowd, and looking for an affordable hotel with okay facilities for resting after a day out exploring the attractions Belitung has to offer"

"Our family of three stayed at the Sheraton Belitung Resort from April 13th to 16th. Although the off-season meant the room rates were lower, the service provided exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and hospitality. The hotel facilities were as sophisticated as anticipated, truly befitting a 5-star resort. Furthermore, we were fortunate to be given a room with an excellent ocean view this time, and the breathtaking scenery from our window deeply impressed our entire family. Moreover, outdoor facilities such as the private beach and pool were well-maintained, very clean, and a pleasure to use. Dining at the restaurant, in particular, offered a superb experience, with panoramic views of the white sandy beach and the islands dotted beyond. Above all, the service level of all the staff was exceptionally high. Their meticulous attention to detail, befitting a top-tier hotel, made our stay even more special. The hotel also offered a wide range of complimentary activities, ensuring we were never bored during our stay. The island hopping tour, arranged through a partnered travel agency, was also well-organized, allowing our family to fully enjoy the natural beauty of Belitung Island."

"I enjoyed only one night in the hotel. With my bike I could go everywhere freely, without transport it could be a problem to go around as a single traveller. I enjoyed the island hopping tour very much! Staff was very friendly and welcoming, the pool with ocean view was great."

"Actually I choose this hotel because recommendations from my friends that this hotel is very close to the city. Yes that's correct. The cleanliness and amenities is quite good. But I'm shocked when I stays 2 nights and those 2 nights they put my room very close to night clubs. I have 2 kids, one is 7 years old and another one is 2,5 years old. Actually in the 1st night I asked to the receptionist, what party in that club and the sounds was very loud until we can hear very clear in our room. They said there is a private party. I thought it's only 1 night and we caving in with expectation that noise will be stop in the second night. But in the 2nd night we still hear another noise party and the sounds is louder compare to 1st night. I complain again to the receptionist, and the receptionist are offering us to moving to another room at 1 am, which is my children already sleep because they already tired during all the activities last 2 days. And we need to chasing woke up early morning at 6 am because we will back to Jakarta. So we choose to stay in our room with all those noise until 3 am with me and my wife can't sleep. What we upset was the receptionist already saw us at the lobby when check in, that I bring 2 small kids, either I already complained in the 1st night, but they still put us in the room very close to that night club. I'm very confused that the 4 star hotel in Belitung staff doesn't aware or has sensitivity with this problems. For sure they already know that event will be there, and the warned us before or give us another option from the 1st night. Hopefully, with all conditions this hotel with all of their staff can have consideration to prevent this things happened again to another family costumer."

"Every stay here is always the best vacation experience... The staff are friendly and always greet you. The room and bathroom facilities are clean and comfortable, and the two soft pillows ensure optimal rest. The pool and beach are easily accessible; next time, I want to try the gym... Breakfast... The champion is here, with a variety of menus and staff who are always helpful, even bringing more food. The taste is absolutely superb, from main dishes to pastries – the croissants were so yummy I had two! Even extra guests joining the restaurant were welcomed... The staff and service here are excellent. Plus, booking through the Trip app via TikTok gave me a promotional price for a room with a beach view and a balcony, which made me want to stay up all night enjoying the sound of the waves and the moonlight... This staycation truly felt like a holiday abroad."

"Got a Nice room, the view of the pool and a little good at Tanjung Pendam, Kama is comfortable, the service is good, friendly .. Just, the room is not clean, there are residual snacks (pickles) left on the sofa. I almost thought that the cockroach egg was taken with my wife, when I checked it, it looked like a lentil nut"
