"Best location for visiting the old town. Delicious breakfast and an amazing view from the pool. Would highly recommend rooms with sea view. Bed is comfortable and rooms are big enough. Would also highly recommend to ask for a higher level room, view is impressive when you wake up in the morning."

"The stay experience was very satisfactory. First of all, the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the seaside avenue, 5 minutes away from the bus terminal. It is within 10 minutes from the Diocletian's Palace. The most important thing is that I was lucky enough to get a sea view room. The room is large and well-equipped. From the window, you can overlook the Adriatic Sea and the old city of the Diocletian's Palace. It is also very safe."

"The hotel is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of an old central building right in the middle of Split. About 30 minutes from airport but do note taxi can only drop you of nearby. Cost with Uber about €30 there is also bus. The rooms are clean, large and the service waste great. Lovely bed. The room has kettle and fridge which is helpful. Short walk from the harbour and sights which was nice in evening before sleep. Bed comfortable. Overall high standard feeling. Breakfast and meals can be had in surrounding area, do not lot of places wanted cash only which I found annoying and the costs of food and drink were much higher than expected. That is nothing to do with the hotel but worth mentioning as increased have been steep after introducing the Euro two years ago."

The guesthouse is conveniently located in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the old town and close to the beach and port, making it a perfect base for travel. Please note that if you're driving, parking may be a bit of a hassle. While there are parking spaces behind the guesthouse, they are limited and can be difficult to find, so we recommend planning ahead. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! This is a very clean and cozy place to stay — it truly feels like home. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV that allows access to Netflix and YouTube, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s also a fridge to store food and cold drinks, which is super convenient. The location is excellent — right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town. "The location is right on the beach which is nice if you want that, but otherwise a bit far from the downtown, and taxis are very expensive here, so it would cost at least 25€ to get from hotel to town. The room and view were lovely, but when I moved a rug there were bugs crawling under it. The pool and spa looked amazing but we didn't have time to go so I can't say much more than that. The breakfast was top notch, amazing, lots of delicious options for every person -- spoilt for choice. Loved the amphora displays in the lobby."

"The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When I checked into the room, the front desk also called to ask if I was satisfied. They prepared a welcome letter and a small gift, which was very considerate. The hotel is near the statue of Father Gregory and is very close to the ancient city."

"We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel but overall, it was a pleasant stay. Nice and helpful staff. Great price for a decent hotel in Split. However, we still had to climb up the staircase after taking the lift which was a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it is near to the tourist spot with everything in walking distance. It is just a bit far from the bus station given that uber / taxi cannot be stopped near the hotel. There were a lot of staircase / walking required."

"Very nice hotel. Not within walking distance from old town, but very nearby if you take a bolt. A very nice breakfast place next to hotel. With roof top bar on the summer, high floor swimming pool and jazucci. Spacious room. Highly recommended."
