"Great stay at very strategic location right in front Windsor castle. But the stay unfortunately don’t have aircond as advertised. We went there during summer together with our 7 months old baby. Caused an unpleasant experience. Apart from that the unit was clean and tidy."

"OMG, what can I say about this hotel? The hotel is beautiful, but the room is so small. Two people are fighting each other even if they turn around, and the luggage cannot be opened. There are two chairs, but there is no room for legs. No more, the bathroom is even smaller. Well, I went to live in a servant's room in a large manor. After staying for two nights, there was no cleaning service, towels were not changed, and there was no mineral water. The problem with all these hotels in the UK is that they have to set a specific time for breakfast, which is troublesome. The breakfast environment is very beautiful and quaint, but there are actually very few breakfast varieties. It’s nothing more than a continental breakfast or Bank Dick eggs or Spanish omelette or something like that"

"A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain)."

"Accommodation in the local bar. The bar downstairs is in the direction of Eton in Windsor. It is very quiet. The bed is suitable for two people. There is no elevator. The wooden stairs are relatively narrow and retro. milk. A very quiet town and more comfortable than London ~ 10 minutes walk from the train station. Dinner in many bars is very good👍"

"The hotel is a small gothic castle, good service, beautiful environment, everything is just right, like, if it is not time, I really want to stay a few more days, it is worth coming again!"

"The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast selection was quite rich, and the hygiene was clean and tidy. The service attitude was good, offering great value for money. It's a bit of a distance from the train station, requiring a short walk or a ride-sharing service."

"I was nervous about staying here because of a lot of negative reviews. They couldn't be further from the truth. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived the lobby /entrance was very clean with plenty of hand sanitising points. The room itself was very comfortable, clean warm and spacious with great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast room was a fully stocked kitchen with do it yourself breakfast consisting of fruit, a choice of breads yoghurt cereals muffins croissants tea and coffee. It was very quiet considering its right on the main shopping street very near the castle and theatre with loads of eating and drinking establishments on the doorstep. We had a very comfortable stay and will most definitely be visiting again."

"From beginning to end of our visit the staff were the ones the shone through. Impeccable level of service and general friendliness made our stay very pleasant indeed. The hotel couldn’t be better situated within the ancient old town of Windsor. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast and this was also at a very high standard. Would recommend to other families"

"The hotel is nice and lovely. Location is decent and near parks. Service could be better, didn’t really feel the presence of the staff, very standard service - I only put 4 stars because of the person who offered to drive us around the property in the buggy, sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Hong Kong. Rooms were nice and clean, the spa amenities were also nice and there’s an indoor pool that kids can use on specific times. The kids activities were also nice? They had something prepared everyday and the petting farm was my daughters favorite as you can pet and brush and feed horses, donkeys, ducks, goats, rabbits etc."
