"A very nice, simply but comfortably furnished room, spotlessly clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay. The en suite bathroom was also spotless and toiletries were provided, shower etc eco friendly, in large glass bottles. The best part was Carl and the restaurant staff, Carl reserved a parking space for me, carried my luggage to my room and parked the sidewalk for me, no fuss, discreet help. The restaurant staff provided a delicious breakfast quickly and efficiently and were very pleasant. Super hotel, super staff, great location."

"Here’s a natural and fluent English version suitable for a hotel review: The room was bigger than I expected and felt spacious with good ventilation. The bed was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a slight odor in the bathroom, and I hope it can be cleaned more thoroughly next time. Overall, I had a good stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Good location about 5 minutes walk from Cardiff Central station. The room is small but big enough for sleeping. Cleaning once every 2 days. Amenity does not have toothpaste set. On the last day, the cleaning lady took my towel that was drying in the room by mistake. At one point, I wondered what would happen, but he kindly searched for me from among a large number of dry cleaners. Overall, customer service is a good impression."

"I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out. However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them. Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion. Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests."

"The apartment is very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. It’s only 3 minutes drive to the University of Cardiff."

"Location to public transport and local attractions was convenient. The accommodation was comfortable but it would have been better if there was a floor plan where the rooms are located as only 3 rooms were on the main floor and the others were accessible via stairs, which are narrow. Our room was outside the main house in the back. If you are travelling with lots of luggage or big, heavy suitcases, be mindful that there are no lifts. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. Modern fittings and energy saving features were a plus."
