Our stay in Apartment 15 was a complete disaster. I cannot overstate how poorly this was handled. The problems started with a dirty toilet (attached photo) upon our check-in after reception hours which set the tone for the entire stay. Another crisis happened overnight: a major water leakage erupted from the kitchen floor and bathroom, creating a large pool of water and flooding one of the bedroom carpet, leaving it soaked and smelly. We reported this severe issue the next morning. Their solution? They placed a towel on the soaked carpet to "dry" it!

I booked two apartments in Cardiff for the weekend for my wife and I and my son and his wife. We watched the rugby match at the principality stadium then went out for dinner . We then walked home and arrived at our apartments at 8.30pm to find no hot water for a shower . The temperature outside is 5 degrees Celsius. I called the duty manager who informed me that the boilers in the building were off and someone would come and turn them on in half an hour . It is 10pm as I write this review and there is still no hot water . As far as I am concerned this is a breach of contract , I paid for two executive apartments with fully functioning amenities which if you read the laws on hiring rooms or apartments says hot water . I feel that I should be refunded for one nights stay for both apartments.

The apartment is very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. It’s only 3 minutes drive to the University of Cardiff.

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Cardiff. Friendly staff and only 5 minutes from the city centre.

The overall building is a little old but it is worth the money. Do not go in expecting a five star stay as it’s basically a three star experience. They do not have basic items such as tissue papers or toiletries. But I will commend the front desk guy Richard. He was extremely helpful and did provide me with extra towels and offered cleaning during my stay. But I don’t hold anything against him it’s just that the property needs a slight upgrade.

Clean and convenient for city centre. Parking is very tricky due to space - but we managed. The light by the door which I think is for the fire alarm is so bright it's like trying to sleep with a light on - not great for me but might not bother some people. Other than that I couldnt fault it
