"Hotel room was fantastic, really bigger than expected and staff were friendly. Aircon was great. The shower was amazing but the floor had a crack in it. The sink area was large but the placement of the soap was a struggle for me to reach. I’m 5’5 so anyone shorter I can’t see how it’s possible to reach the soap. I stayed two nights. Paid for breakfast after the first night but wouldn’t again. Hilton in uk is usually fab for vegans and allergies. This was one of the worst limited selections I’ve seen. Everything is reusable so cross contamination is rife. It’s also not hygienic. Very limited gluten free options. No vegan yogurt."

"This hotel isn't the one right next to the airport, but it's very easy to find, with a direct road leading right to it. It's a small but excellent airport express hotel. The beds are comfortable, not soft mattresses, and everything is clean. The soundproofing is decent. Simple meals are available."

"This hotel is located inside Gatwick Airport's South Terminal, making it super convenient for early morning flights – you can literally just head downstairs to check in. The rooms are clean and tidy, though they are windowless and don't include breakfast. However, a great perk is the 20% discount you get at other restaurants within the terminal by showing your room key. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"It's a no frills hotel. Got the job done. I booked as I have an early morning flight like many others who stay in this hotel (or those arriving late at night) Story: so I came to the hotel about one and a half hours early, around 1330-ish. The front desk staff said I can ”check in early” for £50. That's almost what I paid for the booking for a mere 90 min of stay. Point no 1. Point no 2. Context: I haven't read through the hotel policy prior. So I asked the front desk staff if I could leave my luggage there so that my wife and I plus our baby could go grab a bite in the town while waiting for 3 pm. The staff could have easily said no and I would have understood. No biggie. But then he said something ridiculous, that I can store my 3 pieces of luggage for £3 each as a donation for a children's hospital. Now if the hotel policy is no storage just said so, no need to try guilt trip customers into paying for something when it's clearly your KPI to achieve, not mine. Stop deceiving and guilt tripping costumers."

"I had booked a **King room with a bathtub** for one night. When I checked in, it was already very late—around 11 PM. **I had been traveling for over a month, so on my last night, I really needed a room with a bathtub to relax my body.** However, when we arrived, the front desk guy gave us a **disabled-access room**, which, of course, had **no bathtub**. I thought about asking for a change, but I was **extremely tired**, and it was too late. The next morning, I called the front desk to ask what had happened. The staff member said it was because they were **overbooked**. **She didn’t apologize and even seemed to blame me, saying I should have asked when I got the key.** She also claimed no other rooms were available at that moment. I explained that when we took a shower in the disabled-access bathroom, **the water didn’t drain properly**—maybe something was clogged. This made it **dangerous because slipping was a real risk**. After listening, she called back **a minute later**, saying a room was now available and that I could come to the front desk to switch. I felt **very disappointed** with the service and will **never return** Also the kettle was very dirty."

"Small and cozy room with a perfect location for an early flight. Slept remarkably well and was not disturbed by other guests, will book again next time I have the misfortune of an early flight out of LGW!"
