"Brilliant position in South terminal We’d booked a superior king. These rooms are compact but SO convenient. The bed is up against the wall so may not suit everyone. Very comfy bed. All room amenities controllable with your phone(no app needed) Great veiw of planes and runway, but no noise at all, very well soundproofed. Hotel reception is about 20 steps to security lanes in the terminal! Great position, good price for convenience and will use again"

"Right next to Gatwick Airport, super convenient for arrivals and departures. It's clean, hygienic, tidy, and comfortable. Absolutely fantastic! The food is also pretty good. If I get the chance to visit London again, I'd definitely stay here. Absolutely fantastic, love it!"

"It's a no frills hotel. Got the job done. I booked as I have an early morning flight like many others who stay in this hotel (or those arriving late at night) Story: so I came to the hotel about one and a half hours early, around 1330-ish. The front desk staff said I can ”check in early” for £50. That's almost what I paid for the booking for a mere 90 min of stay. Point no 1. Point no 2. Context: I haven't read through the hotel policy prior. So I asked the front desk staff if I could leave my luggage there so that my wife and I plus our baby could go grab a bite in the town while waiting for 3 pm. The staff could have easily said no and I would have understood. No biggie. But then he said something ridiculous, that I can store my 3 pieces of luggage for £3 each as a donation for a children's hospital. Now if the hotel policy is no storage just said so, no need to try guilt trip customers into paying for something when it's clearly your KPI to achieve, not mine. Stop deceiving and guilt tripping costumers."

A breezy nine‑minute stroll (or a brisk power‑walk if you’re feeling sporty) gets you right to the gates, leaving plenty of time for a coffee or a last‑minute souvenir hunt. Overall, a hassle‑free night of comfort, cleanliness and convenience – all wrapped up in a friendly, no‑fuss package. Perfect for jet‑setters who want a good night’s sleep without the airport chaos. "It was an interesting experience staying there for a night. I stayed there just after I arrived at the UK from Venice at the latest flight on the day, and on the next morning, I was scheduled to get on the first train at 5:11 from Gatwick. For such traveler who wants to save the maximum time, it was the best hotel. Also, the staff was nice and I was relaxed staying there."

When I checked in, it was already very late—around 11 PM. **I had been traveling for over a month, so on my last night, I really needed a room with a bathtub to relax my body.** However, when we arrived, the front desk guy gave us a **disabled-access room**, which, of course, had **no bathtub**. I thought about asking for a change, but I was **extremely tired**, and it was too late. The next morning, I called the front desk to ask what had happened. The staff member said it was because they were **overbooked**. **She didn’t apologize and even seemed to blame me, saying I should have asked when I got the key.** She also claimed no other rooms were available at that moment. I explained that when we took a shower in the disabled-access bathroom, **the water didn’t drain properly**—maybe something was clogged. This made it **dangerous because slipping was a real risk**. After listening, she called back **a minute later**, saying a room was now available and that I could come to the front desk to switch. I felt **very disappointed** with the service and will **never return** Also the kettle was very dirty."
