"We were warmly welcomed, and our room and bathroom were tidy and clean upon arrival. The breakfast room is spacious with a wide variety of options. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a metro station right next door and Parc de la Villette, including the Zénith, less than a 20-minute walk away. It's also not too far from Parc des Buttes Chaumont and Montmartre. The price offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. We didn't encounter any issues during our 3-day stay."

"Beware of deposits and taxes. Trip.com showed a local tax of €50, but I was charged €60. On top of that, despite having paid in advance, I was double-charged for the hotel stay. Both times, when I showed them the billing screen on the app and explained, they apologized and corrected it, but it's best to double-check carefully when paying. I checked out yesterday, but my deposit hasn't been refunded yet. They said it would be refunded today, so I'll be frequently checking my banking app. The hotel was clean. There was a spider in the bathroom, but I managed to deal with it. I could get a toothbrush by asking at the front desk. Towels were changed daily. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body cream, a hairdryer, a kettle, and a water dispenser were provided. Note that there is no refrigerator."

"The exterior looks a bit daunting upon arrival, but don't let appearances fool you because the room is great, clean, the gentleman at the reception is wonderful, and the hotel is located right next to the Zenith, which is very convenient after a concert. For this price, I don't think we could have found anything better, I recommend it."
