Did I get the smallest room? Room 505, to be precise.
While the hotel is clean and close to the train station, and the breakfast is decent enough, it doesn't justify the high price for one person. The room's very, too-white lighting makes it unnerving; you get out of bed and find yourself staring at the door. The bathroom is extremely basic, with only one towel, and a small one at that. To top it all off, it's cold. I'm quite disappointed with this hotel."

This three-star hotel will offer you comfort, convenience, and tranquility.
The hotel has three room categories from a standard room to a deluxe. The difference between those rooms will be the size of the bedding and the size of the room. All our rooms have high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a coffee machine, and a television with Canal +.
The breakfast will be served under an American buffet with local products.
We offer a snacking selection with the offer BOCO and you may enjoy a local drink at the bar.
At the Best Western Metz Centre Gare, the front desk is open 24 hours. The team will be happy to assist you with your request.
"The location is in front of the station, so it's very convenient for getting to and from the station. You can walk to most destinations in the city in about 20 minutes, and there are delicious cafes nearby. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, but it's not that far, so it's convenient to stay in front of the station. The staff were all friendly, and I recommend it if you're coming to Metz.
However, the bathroom was a bit of a problem. There was no curtain in the shower room, and there were almost no steps, so the shower water would flow into the bathroom no matter what you did. I managed to get by with a bath mat, but it was difficult to use, so if there is a room that doesn't have that, I would choose that and stay there again next time."

Mmiss banzaiIt's my second stay in this hotel when I was on business trip in this area. It is not located in the city center, but for business very practical. They have a big free parking lot in front of the hotel. The restaurant is really good with a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the hotel rooms are spacious and clean. It is also very quiet. I would stay there again if I am around the area.

GGuest UserWe booked for a double roome with 2 beds, it is a very small room (yes, I knew this in advance) but since we only stayed for 1 night only. that was fine.
If we have two big suitcases and we need to unfold both, we need to find our own arrangements. Anyhow, in general, the breakfast service was good! The reception desk was very kind and helpful.
The location of the hotel is not far from city center, located in a very quite place for living habitats I think. I give 4.5 / 5 points.

GGuest UserSmall downside for the gentleman at the reception who was very friendly, but who asked me for an identity document. So I gave him my driving license issued by the state and therefore serves as an identity document accepted in France from the moment the photo on the document resembles the person.
Fortunately my wife had hers, otherwise he would not have accepted us.
After research his explanations were completely false.

Hhuangke123The couple drove by themselves and stayed at the ACE chain hotel, which has free parking and is about ten minutes' drive from the old town. They were very satisfied. It's next to the highway, but there is no noise when the windows are closed. The surrounding area doesn't look like a commercial or residential area, but there is a supermarket next to it. The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

OOliverLeider haben die Bilder nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Das Hotel ist abgewranzt und verwohnt. An vielen Stellen ist Schimmel oder Rost. Dennoch ist alles blitzblank sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich extrem zentral und sehr ruhig. Der Pool war nicht befüllt und sah er fürchterlich aus.
