"The staff provided excellent service. There was no air conditioning in the room, but the staff kindly brought up a fan for me. The room was quite spacious, beautiful, and charming, though the amenities were a bit limited. Breakfast wasn’t very varied, but it was acceptable. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the shower had strong water pressure."

"In Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay. Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean. Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility. Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming. P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included."

"The hotel's location, cleanliness, and wonderful breakfast made us feel every moment how good a choice we had made. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard, the parquet flooring instead of carpet in the rooms, the delicious food, and the fact that it provided all the comfort and quality expected of a holiday, all made me choose the same hotel again. I hope you also leave the hotel feeling peaceful and happy like we did 💯"

"When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast. However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145. No details printed. They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me! We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked earlier via Trip.com."

"Honestly one of the worst hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe. The reading light at my bed didn’t work and it never got fixed even after I told the staff. The rain shower was impossible to adjust — the water was way too hot. No hair dryer available either. The bed also had a weird sticky smell which wasn’t pleasant. Pros: Location is great, easy walking distance to main attractions like Notre-Dame de Strasbourg. The building and neighborhood look nice. Common space atmosphere is great and hype. Average service from teenager staffs."

"Location was perfect. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was fantastic; they were not only friendly and helpful but also always enthusiastic to share some recommendations, hear about our day, or just simply interact with us."

"Located right at the entrance of the old town, it boasts excellent transport links and easy access to attractions like Petit France and the Cathedral. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I were to revisit. Highly recommended!"

"This was a convenient and affordable hotel for us to stay at when we visited over Christmas. We would compare it to a university dorm experience but at least it is close to the train station (10 minute walk) and not too far away from the old town area (10-20 minute walk to most major attractions). The hotel breakfast is great if you like croissants and dairy products. There isn't much around the hotel and it is a bit of a walk to any stores or restaurants. There is a halal shop within a 5 minute walk so if you're here over Christmas that is convenient because most places are closed early Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The room had a decent bed that was larger than expected and it had two small pillows. The room also has a long desk area that has two closets for storage, a small TV and it was warm in December. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, small microwave, a two burner hot plate, a kettle and enough dishes for the two of us. We appreciated that they provided a kitchen sponge and a small container of soap. When we got the room all the dishes were a little dirty so we had to do some cleaning up before dinner. The bathroom was where we got the biggest dorm vibes from because it was a bit smelly when we arrived and that might be due to the hot water tank that had a leaky PSV. The shower was a bit small and while the head was adjustable, the bar grip was broken so we couldn't keep the shower head up high. There was some brown goo inside the shower and it could use a more thorough cleaning to help with the appearance and all. We were surprised that the hotel rooms didn't have a hair dryer or bottle opener. The Alsace region is known for wine so we were able to get a nice bottle but we had to go to the front desk to borrow the opener. Hair dryers are available from the front desk but it is worth asking for these early to make sure you get one in case you need it. They had luggage storage behind the front desk that we were able to use when we arrived and the day we left so we could maximize our time sightseeing. Visiting Strasbourg was fantastic and we would recommend this hotel if you're looking to save a bit while travelling through the area. We were happy with our stay and chose it because it also had an affordable breakfast option but we may look elsewhere if we return to Strasbourg."

"Very close to the train station, just a few minutes walk, and not far from all the attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Strasbourg Cathedral is absolutely stunning with its Gothic architecture, and the surrounding half-timbered houses are truly fairytale-like. The hotel front desk staff were excellent, very warm, professional, and helpful. The room was clean and tidy."

"The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is centrally and very well located. We especially appreciated the luggage lockers, which allowed us to enjoy the city without our bags both before check-in and after check-out. The only downside for us was that the beds weren't ideal (they were quite firm)."
