City Residence Access Strasbourg

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. We got a big apartment with nice facilities including kitchen, microwave, cultery, TV. Etc. They even have self service laundry machines.

The location was fantastic. The room was great, and it even had a kitchen. However, there was feces in the shower room, which was unpleasant. I dealt with it by spraying air freshener.

You have to go to the reception to get a dryer, it is. Bit inconvenient. The toilet is smelly and one of the towel is dirty…asking about me how it goes when I checked out, and said i actually can request to change the room, but then why don’t you give me a clean room at the first place?!

The room was more spacious than I expected. It had a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, which was very convenient. It was also close to Strasbourg station, so the location was very convenient as well.

This was a convenient and affordable hotel for us to stay at when we visited over Christmas. We would compare it to a university dorm experience but at least it is close to the train station (10 minute walk) and not too far away from the old town area (10-20 minute walk to most major attractions). The hotel breakfast is great if you like croissants and dairy products. There isn't much around the hotel and it is a bit of a walk to any stores or restaurants. There is a halal shop within a 5 minute walk so if you're here over Christmas that is convenient because most places are closed early Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The room had a decent bed that was larger than expected and it had two small pillows. The room also has a long desk area that has two closets for storage, a small TV and it was warm in December. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, small microwave, a two burner hot plate, a kettle and enough dishes for the two of us. We appreciated that they provided a kitchen sponge and a small container of soap. When we got the room all the dishes were a little dirty so we had to do some cleaning up before dinner. The bathroom was where we got the biggest dorm vibes from because it was a bit smelly when we arrived and that might be due to the hot water tank that had a leaky PSV. The shower was a bit small and while the head was adjustable, the bar grip was broken so we couldn't keep the shower head up high. There was some brown goo inside the shower and it could use a more thorough cleaning to help with the appearance and all. We were surprised that the hotel rooms didn't have a hair dryer or bottle opener. The Alsace region is known for wine so we were able to get a nice bottle but we had to go to the front desk to borrow the opener. Hair dryers are available from the front desk but it is worth asking for these early to make sure you get one in case you need it. They had luggage storage behind the front desk that we were able to use when we arrived and the day we left so we could maximize our time sightseeing. Visiting Strasbourg was fantastic and we would recommend this hotel if you're looking to save a bit while travelling through the area. We were happy with our stay and chose it because it also had an affordable breakfast option but we may look elsewhere if we return to Strasbourg.

Nor far from the city center. The room is well equipped somehow the sound proof is just ok. Wifi is slow sometimes.

The studio apartment is equipped with a small kitchen, which is quite sufficient for simple cooking. The location is strategic, about 1.5 km from Petite France, making it convenient to reach various tourist attractions. That said, don’t expect a luxurious stay—this place is just okay but reasonably priced. Parking is available for €14 per night.

Had baggage storage, rooms were very big and spacious, restrooms could use some deep cleaning. Kitchen was nice and with a grocery store less than 5 mins away. Staff was nice
