"My stay at the Novotel Paris Est – Centre de Conférence was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel has a modern atmosphere, and the lobby is spacious, giving a good first impression. My room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing helped create a quiet environment despite the hotel’s busy location. I also appreciated the variety offered at the breakfast buffet, as well as the efficiency of the staff during busy hours. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, which made it easy to reach central Paris and explore the main attractions. The conference facilities were a strong point—large, well-maintained, and suitable for professional events. While the hotel can get crowded at times, the staff remained helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a practical and enjoyable place to stay, especially for both business and leisure travelers."

"There is a city ordinance for this district that says any building over 3 stories high is required to seal all windows for the entire building for security reasons. The room was therefore very stuffy and frankly unhealthy. No fresh air!!!!! The clerk also said in the summer time they have no A C !!! She said the customers were outraged they were not notified in advance. I would not recommend any hotel in this district"

But when check in, they have asked me 90 Euro as guarantee using my credit card. I asked about the guarantee money when checked out. Until yesterday, there was no information/news about the guarantee money."
