Both towns offer numerous restaurants, bars & other entertainments.Winter: From October through April there is always a possibility of rain, but now the chance of it is so remote, that we have come to welcome it when it does. It is a perfect time of year for those who enjoy the mountains, walking or exploring the surrounding towns & cities. Granada’s Alhambra, Seville & Cordoba loose the unbearable heat of summer & you have the tourist areas basically to your selves. Christmas & New Year are normally sunny & all of the restaurants are open, although most work with reservation on the festive nights. The Spanish celebrate New Year on the street, it begins with spectacular firework displays in every city, town & village & festivity continues well into the next morning. Spring here begins in February with the almond blossom & yellow clover that line the roads.
