Major contraction works going on which was not mentioned at the time of booking. This holiday became a nightmare from start to finish. Large Cranes on site which woke me up every morning. Maintenance work going on around the site and no closing off the areas to the guests this was a very dangerous hazard. Builders/maintenance men walking across the pool whilst the guests are sunbathing. This place is on a steep hill and a car is a must. Reception is a Taxi drive away unless you have a car. Lots and lots of stairs to climb this is not for the disabled or young families. Taxis are hard to get we had to wait hours and some didn't even turn up. The Swimming pool has a barrier which you need a key to get in and out feels like a prison. lots of steps to climb to and from the pool. The pool had four Pool Showers which were all not working and closed off so we couldn't have a shower after a swim. The swimming pool toilets had no toilet paper. Apartment is very basic not like the glam photos. No hot water for first day, the hot water kept turning on and off all week. Bed sheets are just one flat sheet nothing else. No house keeping. Tumble dryer didn't work. No near by shops or bars, we had to take a taxi to the supermarket and everywhere else. Overall not a good holiday, very noisy with all the works going on, men walking around with heavy tools whilst you are enjoying the sun. Having to walk around all the mess was off putting let alone dangerous, it was as if we wasn't there. No mention of hills and stairs or any construction work in the reviews was a bit strange. I blame lastminute.com for not informing us of all this whilst booking this holiday.

We celebrate a wedding in this place and we also chose to stay there (by using rooms). The restaurant's organisation of the celebration, inexpensive: the servants were very careful to the needs of both guests and those who are direct family of the boyfriends. Our first time at this hotel and it was a great holiday. The staff were all excellent from the reception lady who helped us out with the safe and extra pillows to the restaurant staff who were brilliant. The best we have seen. The sunbathing areas are spacous., always sunbeds available. No one allowed to get a sunbed before 8am and just a small civilised queue if you want one in a particular spot. It was very peaceful and with graet views of the sea. The guest are of the older variety so it was very peaceful. No ganes in the pool!! The food was good with lots of choices which we liked. There is a Spanish reastaurant which you can book but we only went once as the main restaurant was very good. Our room was on the top floor which we liked, it was on a corner with great views and a very large open balcony. The only downside was it was next to the lifts so we gtot alot of noise from that but we got used to it. There was also an extractor on the outsife sio we had some food smells in the eveing but overall we liked it. We are definitely going back next year in SEptember and hope to meet with some of the nice peole we met this time. Thanks once again the the hotel and all the staff, you made our holiday a very very nice stay.

The breakfast is of good quality and the variety is small. The service is very good, but the facilities are old. The bed with a baby is a bit small, and the parking lot is quite big, 14 euros a night. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is best to lie on the lawn to basking in the sun, in addition to the elevator to the beach, praise!

We stayed here the last week in October for 1 week for a friends wedding. The hotel and room was clean but the bed wasn’t very comfy. Both me and my hubby had restless nights and woke in the morning with aching backs. Our room overlooked the square which was beautiful. If you had the window closed then you couldn’t hear any noise. The room has an espresso coffee machine with both normal coffee and decaf coffee pods supplied. Unfortunately We weren’t a fan of the breakfast. You are given a time when you can go for brekkie, ours was 9:30 till 10. Even though they do too the food up, we found the hot food cold and the eggs dried up. We ate out for brekkie on a couple of occasions. The hotel did however, put on a beautiful wedding with a gorgeous setting. The wedding food was lovely too. Would we go back to this hotel? Probably as it was reasonably priced and the location on the balcon d’europe was perfect.

The hotel has been a wonderful experience. The hotel makes you a lot of details when you arrive, you have unlimited free coffee and tea and you are given a lot of lotus cookies. There is even a small merendy. The rooms smell great and everything is clean, careful very much for details. nice and careful workers. On the other hand, modernity of lights, internet TVs, led lights ... Has been surprised. The hotel is very close to the city centre and you can walk without problems anywhere.
