"Schönes Hotel am Rande von San Antoni. Große und helle Zimmer, die modern und stylish ausgestattet sind. Allerdings fehlen Abstellmöglichkeiten bzw. Schränke für die Kleidung. Dazu gibt es auch keine Hausschuhe für den kalten Betonboden. Es gibt auch keine Bademäntel. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, jedoch gibt es offensichtlich und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal! Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel."

The hotel itself lives up to its name in the best way—full of delightful surprises, from the chic decor to the vibrant atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Ibiza getaway. "Good location in Santa Eulalia, for me the best area of ​​Ibiza if you are looking to go with your partner or family. The breakfast was excellent! Although if I had to give a suggestion, it would be that they put fresh orange juice. The check in was great, they had availability and they gave us the room before the hour. For check out, they had rooms available and made us pay €10 an hour from 12 until we left. We have a baby and we needed the room until after lunch to take him changed to the airport. I understand that if there is no availability, they don't do it... or that if you want to leave at 6 pm, they charge you something, but for a short time it seems ridiculous to me. I have an accommodation, and as long as there is availability it is not difficult for me to let my guests leave later."

"“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”"

"This is a really good hotel, with a tasty food a drinks! Really nice rooms with excellent amenities! But i checked out and left in a luggage room my staff and someone stole me hat, and the women at reception desk said me that hotel is not responsible for that. ***?"
