Hotels with WiFi in Alcobendas

"Hotel was excellent everything from location to excellent customer service will definitely use again in the future."

"This hotel is excellent in every aspect, except for its location. Madrid's Metro Line 10 recently changed its route and will remain that way until the end of 2026. If you're staying here, there's a specific stop where everyone has to get off and transfer to another section of Line 10 that specifically serves the northern suburbs. This could be a bit troublesome for first-time visitors to Madrid who aren't familiar with Spanish. It takes at least 2-3 rides to understand the transfer process, especially when heading towards the city center. Plus, this suburban section isn't covered by the 10-trip travel card, requiring an additional €1.50 for a single ride. **Cleanliness:** I stayed in a king room, and it was great. The room was spacious and well-lit! Very good indeed! **Location:** The bus stop right outside the hotel isn't covered by the 10-trip card; this area seems to be in the suburbs. Also, if it's sunny, there isn't much shade from buildings or trees right outside. It's close to the metro station. Outside the window, there's a pleasant garden and river view. There are also some gas station convenience stores and a rural-style restaurant that looked decent. There are plenty of options for food delivery in the area. **Service:** The male front desk staff member who checked us in during the early hours of our arrival was exceptionally friendly! Please give him a bonus, haha. He was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, not 'mean' at all, and even helped us collect our food delivery. Thank you. Oh, and one more thing: the bed in the king room is huge, big enough for three people without feeling cramped.🤣🤣"

"We went on March 27th. There was a very professional and friendly girl at reception in the morning; I don't remember her name. She was a 10/10. The rooms were very clean. We left on the 30th. Fantastic! I recommend it and we'll be back."

"We went to spend a night and we liked it a lot. It is in Alcobendas, which, although it is a little far from the center, is very close to the airport, which is appreciated. Very good service, comfortable services and they left us details in the room. I recommend it."

"The room size and facilities were acceptable, and the breakfast was decent, though not extensive. However, there are many points to criticize about this hotel! 1. They claim to be near the airport, but the closest Terminal (T4) is about 6 km away, and T1 is around 12 km away. The problem is, the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle bus service. Guests have to arrange their own taxi (starting at 20+ Euros) or use public transportation. 2. Since the hotel is in the suburbs, public transport isn't convenient. The only bus, the 159, comes every half hour, and it doesn't run on weekends. (On weekends, you have to walk 15 minutes to Plaza Norte to catch the 156 bus to a city metro station.) Taking the bus and then transferring to the metro to get to the city center, including waiting times, takes at least 1.5 hours. (Fine for backpackers, but tiring for those with a lot of luggage.) 3. On weekdays, to get to the airport, you need to walk 500 meters to catch the 827 bus to T4, then take a shuttle to T1. On weekends, you first have to take a bus to the metro station and then transfer to the metro to get to the airport (which takes over an hour), whereas a taxi only takes about ten minutes. (The 10-trip metro card bought from vending machines cannot be used on buses in the hotel's area, and the Tourist Ticket day pass is only valid for the same day and expires overnight.) 4. The hotel rooms don't even provide cheap bottled water; they just offer a fridge for you to buy your own drinks. Coffee and tea bags are only provided twice upon check-in and are not replenished afterward. While not changing bedsheets might be acceptable, it's unacceptable that some trash cans aren't emptied during cleaning! 5. On the last day, I found two long hairs in my breakfast. When I reported it to the front desk, they just gave an awkward smile. As a Hilton brand, even if it's just a 3-star Hampton, the current service level needs improvement. It's not good value for money and not recommended! This is for everyone's reference to avoid a bad experience."

"The hotel is located in a new area not far from the airport in the suburbs. There should be some schools or emerging industrial parks nearby. This time we stayed mainly because we had to return the car to the airport and leave the country the next day. There is a gas station about 8 minutes walk around the hotel, with a small supermarket attached, where you can buy some simple food and drinks. The hotel rooms are spacious. Because it is an apartment, refrigerators and kitchenware are all available for cooking. The hotel also has a laundry room, which provides paid services. It happened that we had been traveling for a while and some clothes were washed and dried here. This is pretty good. There are many rooms in the hotel, most of which should be long-term guests, many young people, but it is not crowded."

"The hotel has free parking and you can charge your car for free. Very good. It would be nice if the room could provide two bottles of water every day. It is very close to the airport and it is convenient to eat around."

"Super welcoming hotel, the only complaint is due to parking so if you can go and check in we are forced to pay for parking."
