"We booked this hotel out of convenience during a road trip around Germany. We were having difficulties finding a place in Hamburg and found out Schwerin has a very nice castle and is a very beautiful city off the beaten path. There isn't much around the hotel but we planned on just sleeping here. It is a very quiet location. There is plenty of parking but it is a bit tight even with the small car we had rented. The hotel had a few amenities like a business work station, big dining area, sauna and a lobby bar. We had booked a family room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed turned out to be some sort of a single mattress which was fine because we booked for three people. The room was nice with a big TV, a couple of seating areas, plenty of lighting, a coffee station and an ironing board. We found extra pillows in the closet and they were very comfy. We had a great night's rest here and felt refreshed in the morning. The bathroom was good too with a nice shower and individual bath products for conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. They had a large bottle of body lotion too that was not strapped to the wall. The hair dryer was tucked away in the closet. The only complaint we would have for the bathroom was that the toilet button worked very inconsistently so we were not able to flush the toilet despite pushing up to ten times. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast with a good amount of hot and cold items. They had scrambled eggs, meatballs, bread, deli meats and some breads. There were coffee machines, a juice dispenser and a selection of tea. We went around 8 am on the weekend and it was already pretty busy with limited seating but we think the day we went everyone decided to go for breakfast around the same time and leave. The chairs here are also pretty comfy and there are lots of seating options. Check in was super quick when we arrived late at night. All I had to do was sign my name and write my email to get the key cards for the room. During check out I had mentioned that the toilet in the room was not flushing properly and they had initially offered to switch me rooms but the lady at the front desk seemed to mention that there is an issue with these buttons in some of the rooms then offered us complimentary parking. We were surprised that the hotel had paid parking because of their location and from my understanding it is around 4 euros a night."

"I have stayed at this hotel under several different management companies over the years. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, and the location is convenient. However, this stay left me with a rather average impression due to several service issues. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. It was quite messy, with yoghurt, jam and crumbs left on the buffet for extended periods. During the last 45 minutes of breakfast, despite the restaurant being very busy, many items were not fully restocked. We had booked a room with two separate single beds, but the room had not been prepared accordingly. Housekeeping came promptly to correct it, which was appreciated, but ideally the room should have been set up correctly before arrival. Another disappointment was that our room was not serviced during the first day of our stay. When we asked, we were told that housekeeping only cleans rooms if the “Please clean” sign is hung on the door. This policy was never mentioned during check-in, and we didn’t notice such a sign or any explanation in the room. The receptionist gave us the impression that this was our mistake.  None of these issues alone would be a major problem, but together they gave the impression that attention to detail and communication could be improved. The hotel has good potential, but some aspects of service and housekeeping currently prevent it from delivering the premium experience its name suggests. Overall, I would rate this stay as decent rather than “premium”. Super nice receptionist at check-in and the housekeeping staff were also very nice."

"Die Lage: Es sind kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und in der Straße vorhanden. 5 Minuten entfernt ein Einkaufszentrum. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel, zum Zentrum beträgt die Fahrzeit mit dem Bus ungefähr zwanzig Minuten. Die Ausstattung: Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer hatte eine angemesse Größe, das Bett war sehr bequem. Es gab einen Tisch, aber nur einen Hocker, das fanden wir sehr schade! Zudem hängt der Fernseher sehr weit hoch, was ergonomisch nicht so angenehm war. Service: Wir haben über den Monitor im eingangsbereich eingecheckt, das tippen hat nur so mittelmäßig gut funktioniert. Das nächste mal würden wir an der Rezeption einchecken."

"We were very satisfied overall, but not complete, because the sauna area was disappointing. The steam sauna was defect and the lower sauna is very small – it fits only two people in. Nevertheless, the full sauna price was calculated. The breakfast was very good and appetiteful. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Overall, the hotel is located in a beautiful environment and well suited to relax. Despite the above deficiencies, we would recommend the hotel further."

"Idyllisch gelegen am Faulen See und Rand des Schlossparks. Stadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle aber auch nicht weit. Zimmer sind gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Gutes Boxspringbett, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die freie Sicht ins Bad. Man kann dies mit einem Vorhang ausblenden. Leckeres Frühstück mit Blick auf den See. Die Bar und Terrasse ist bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Parkplätze vorhanden. Schöne Sauna mit Ruheräumen drinnen und draußen."
