"Pros: As expected from a well-established hotel, the location is absolutely fantastic. Parking is convenient with plenty of outdoor spaces. Right across from the hotel is Nie'er Park, which has recently added some new children's play facilities, including a Ferris wheel. The kids had an amazing time there! It truly lives up to its reputation as the hometown of a famous musician, with people singing and laughing, and an overall musical atmosphere in the park. Just through the park is Xiaomiao Street, which is very lively with all sorts of snacks on both sides. The hotel thoughtfully provided a list of recommended snacks, so you can just follow that to try them out. Beyond Xiaomiao Street is Nie'er's former residence, so this hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Our room directly overlooked the park, offering an excellent view. Cons: It was too hot; the central air conditioning wasn't cooling. I couldn't fall asleep until 3 AM. Eventually, I had no choice but to open all the windows, but then the sounds of fireworks and firecrackers were very loud, and there was also a lot of noise from young people, so I didn't sleep well at all. The central air conditioning really needs to be debugged and improved as soon as possible."

"It’s my first time coming to Yuxi and I chose a chain hotel randomly, but this Atour really did a good job. The tea given by the lady at the front desk when I checked in was very delicious. "The room is small, and the bed is tiny, which felt a bit cramped for a family of three. The hotel's public areas are beautifully designed with many Instagrammable spots, such as the cave pool, the lakeside Western restaurant, the coffee cabin, and the coconut grove. However, some areas seem to be designed solely for photo ops; for example, the cave pool is perfect for pictures but not suitable for children to swim in. Also, the hotel is split into two buildings. We stayed in one, while the restaurant, pool, and other facilities were in the other, requiring a five-minute walk outside between them, which was quite inconvenient. The room's curtains didn't block out light very well, and the bathroom mirror light and emergency light were too bright at night. If you're looking for great photo opportunities at Instagram-worthy spots, it's definitely worth a visit as it's very photogenic. But for a pure family vacation, there are better options."
