"To be honest, the layout of the room is not very good. The ensuite toilet is in the middle. The space on the left is completely impractical. The place to hang clothes is against the wall and is uncomfortable. There is no vertical clothes rack. In addition, the hygiene is very average. The sewer in the bathing area is clogged and the water drains very slowly. There are hairs in it. There are small bug corpses on the ground. It is obvious that the hygiene has not been cleaned thoroughly. In addition, I don’t know if eating here is quite expensive in mountainous areas. But the location is really good and the scenery outside the window is very pleasant."

"This B&B is absolutely the best spot in Yunhe Rice Terraces! Yunyi's Courtyard is a gorgeous all-wood villa with incredible quality, located right next to the sunrise and cloud sea viewing platform. It's just a 10-minute walk to the scenic area entrance, and the villa is directly opposite the exit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies offering direct views of the terraced fields and cloud sea. The housekeeper is attentive and the service is excellent. They even provide complimentary scenic area tickets. Watching the sunrise from bed is incredibly therapeutic – this is definitely the place to stay when you visit the terraces!"

The hotel is super confortable and very clean. But above all, what made our stay unforgettable was the very warm welcoming of the owners that made us feel like home. They were taking care of us like parents would do, helping us with many things, they were absolutely lovely. Will never forget our stay there, thanks to them for making our stay there unforgettable."

The campsite covers a total area of 58 acres and is a high-end campsite positioned as a natural luxury.
"Excellent facilities, luxurious and clean room with great view of the rice terraces from balcony. Air con was powerful enough to keep room cool in day time and warm and snug at night. All the staff were generous, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Barbecue meat dinner outside in camp chairs was delicious and fun. Bonfire at night in the front courtyard. The camp looks dreamy at night time with lights on, peaceful with only sound you can hear is water trickling on the rice terraces and frogs in them croaking. Entrance to Jiuqu Yunhuan rice terrace scenic area is less than 5mins walk. Worth getting up early to see the sun rise as the terraces look the best in the morning as the light simmers off the water (in Spring). Thanks to the boss who helped us with our luggage and gave a lift to the cable car station on our way down. Would definitely stay again!"

"At the homestay at 8 o'clock in the evening, I told the boss that I hadn't eaten yet, so I fried three simple dishes. After eating, I went to the village to go shopping. I listened to the sound of running water. I couldn't see anything else in the dark. The next morning, I got up early and went to Jiuqu Yunhuan to see the sunrise of the terraced fields. I went back to the hotel for breakfast at 7:30. I finally saw this green place. Everything else is satisfactory except that the facilities are slightly old."

I booked this newly opened homestay. The room was very clean. The room was quite big. The second floor was a big bed room. The first floor was a twin room. I visited the twin room on the first floor. One big and one small bed. I feel that a family of three is also suitable. This homestay also has a coffee shop and restaurant. It takes 2 minutes to walk. I have to say that luck is really good. I rest at the homestay in the afternoon. The boss sent a message saying that there may be a rainbow after the rain."

"I booked this home stay the night before just looking for somewhere to stay in the area. To say it was nice is an understatement, the service and hospitality I received here was nothing short of a home love, I wished I didn’t have to leave. The owner was very generous and kind and the room was even better than the pictures. They had an intern who went beyond to make me comfortable, she took me to restaurants and took photos of me in the town and constantly on hand if I needed anything. Could not recommend enough!!"

"The homestay was not as good as expected. The location was relatively open for a round mountain road. When I went down the mountain, it was just foggy and the visibility was very low. Cancellation for one day after communicating with the boss, breakfast is relatively simple. The most regrettable thing is that the bath water is small and not hot. I am really afraid that I will catch a cold after washing."

The lady boss is very enthusiastic, and can chat and send food and drinks, the atmosphere is full. The hotel is super good, clean, quiet and sci-fi, you can't find another one. The view on the top of the mountain is first-class, overlooking the entire terraced field, the best place to take pictures and watch the sunrise, it is higher than the scenic spot observation deck. Remember to make an appointment for dinner in advance, such as hot pot and barbecue?

In terms of service, Yunhe Xinshang B&B is the best one I have ever stayed in. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help with the luggage. They are a bit embarrassed. The breakfast is also cooked by the boss himself. It is not rich, but the ingredients are very fresh, especially the vegetables are grown by themselves, ten are delicious. There are also shortcomings, that is, there is no TV in the room, I feel very strange, and it takes ten minutes to burn hot water after bathing and waiting for hot water to be frozen into a dog.

The owner of the B&B is very enthusiastic. Although the B&B is very close to the service center of Yunhe Terraces Scenic Area, it still provides pick-up and drop-off between the service center and the B&B. When staying at a B&B, the room was larger this time, the bedding was clean and smell-free, and the bathroom was also tidy and smell-free. The comprehensive conditions in the homestay are very good. The location is at the highest point of Kenggen Shizhai. Going up is Wuqi and Qixingdun. The room is very large and the picture is basically the same. The air-conditioning TV hardware is very new and the bed is quite comfortable. The only problem is that the hotel is close to the high-speed rail station and there is construction going on around it, so it's a bit noisy. Everything else is good, except for the breakfast which is a bit monotonous. There is free parking available.

I wouldn't recommend for foreigners who doesn't speak chinese. I think that's why the owners never even talked to me... It's my taxi driver that showed me my room. I was a bit disappointed by the location : the hotel is really close to telecabins to go see the terraces but unfortunately those ones were not opened before sunrise, so great location if you don't want the sunrise view but wouldn't recommend otherwise... The room is clean but the bed a bit hard.

The owner was incredibly welcoming, constantly sharing travel tips and showing us some photos he'd taken. In the morning, we saw an unidentified tree outside, laden with small fruits. After asking the owner, we learned it was a wild panda yew! Apparently, there are many wild yew trees in this area. He even gave us a little educational information about yew trees and picked a few for us to taste. He told us the seeds were bitter and poisonous, so we shouldn't eat them. The fruits were smooth inside and had a slightly sweet taste – a truly delightful experience!
