"Home is normal. Jixian is not big, this level is already very good. There is a buffet breakfast, not many varieties, but clean, the restaurant provides breakfast. There is a coffee machine at the front desk, which can be used for free throughout the day. The side of the room facing the street is a bit noisy. Although the windows are soundproofed, there is still noise. There is a roadside parking space in front of the parking door, and you can park if you have a location. Free parking is also available in the backyard of the hotel, but it is not the hotel's own independent. The hotel is very close to the South Ring Road, and the South Ring can take the bus to Nuanquan. It is very convenient to walk to the south gate of the ancient city for about 900 meters, more than ten minutes."

"The room I booked was pretty much identical to the pictures, and I was really happy with how clean it was; every corner was spotless. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a museum and with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, always patiently helping with any issues. All the in-room facilities worked perfectly, and the water pressure was good. It was quiet at night, so I wasn't disturbed. Overall, it's great value for money, and I had a wonderful stay. This time I came to Jixian with the object and lived in the Orange Hotel Zhangjiakou Jixian Branch. From the first principle of the hotel, the most important thing about accommodation is not a gimmick, but: can you sleep well, not clean, inconvenient to take a bath, whether the service response is stable, and whether the next day's travel is worry-free. These items are relatively stable overall.
The overall room hygiene is OK, the bedding, floor, bathroom are not obvious problems, belonging to the standards that chain hotels should have. The facilities are also relatively complete. Hot water, air conditioning, lighting, basic supplies can meet the needs of short trips and self-driving overnight. It is not luxurious, but practical. Service attitude is also good, the front desk communication is smooth, check-in and check-out are more direct, there is no extra time to consume.
The relative deduction is the location. If you are driving to Jixian, the problem is not big, parking and access are still convenient; but if you want to cover the core eating, shopping, and attractions by walking, its location is not so absolute, you need to take a taxi or drive to connect. So the location I will give to the general, not the disadvantage is particularly large, but it is not the biggest selling point of this store.
Overall, this is more suitable: couples short trips, self-driving Jixian, returning to Beijing the next day or continuing to drive. It is not the kind of hotel with a special holiday feeling, but it is stable, clean and efficient. As a one-night transit accommodation in Jixian, I think it is an acceptable and willing to recommend the choice.

Last week I was originally planning to go to Chengde, but a friend suggested visiting Nuanquan Ancient Town in Weixian County. Although it was a bit hot during the day, the temperature dropped to around 20 degrees Celsius after sunset, and a gentle breeze made it very pleasant. Evenings were comfortable without air conditioning – a true summer retreat!
What I liked most was the Gubao Boyuan Guesthouse: the courtyard retains the original traditional courtyard layout, with blue bricks and red tiles, simple and elegant; the pavilions are beautiful, exuding a timeless charm; the rooms have both modern technology and a strong sense of home, showcasing individual taste – I loved it! 👍👍 It's also worth mentioning the owners, a very warm and thoughtful couple. They picked us up and dropped us off, even buying us discounted performance tickets and letting us sample Weixian's famous fried yellow cake for free…so heartwarming! 🥰🥰
Hehe…a very pleasant trip! I'll definitely stay at this guesthouse again next time I bring my family! Here, I experienced: technology and life going hand in hand, tradition and modernity in harmony. 🌹🌹

Guest UserI came to Jixian for two days. I saw several hotels and finally chose a chain hotel. I was not disappointed. The sanitation was very clean. The room was very spacious and bright. There was no noise. This was awesome. The reception service at the front desk was also very good. I also sent a small gift when I left. I will choose this one next time if I come back.

The service was very good. They responded to every request.
But the breakfast included on the second day can be added with one star! It was very delicious! And many of them were special snacks from Wei County, and many of them were freshly made, which is worthy of praise.
