"The facilities were decent, but the service was terrible. There were about 20 people eating, and the food took half an hour to arrive. Five people—two men, two women, and a child—were served only one cold dish, five hot dishes, and two plates of dumplings—not enough! We ate from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM before all the dishes were served. After a hasty meal, we took a walk, and went back to the room. The large bathtub was nice; it was supposed to be hot spring water, but there was no sulfur smell at all. Showering was a real struggle! A super awful hotel. I only took pictures of two dishes; I really didn't feel like taking pictures of a third. Even in Beijing, the portions are usually this tiny!"
