The breakfast selection was amazing, including local specialty spicy soup, fresh fruit, freshly ground coffee, and delicate pastries – a true feast for the senses. "這個酒店值得誇的就是
①周邊環境相當好，庭院式高星酒店規格，前後都有小橋流水亭台樓閣的景觀。
②早餐算是比較豐盛的，蔬菜種類很多，但是肉類的就衹有個拌耳絲。
③房間比較寬敞。
④停車非常方便。地面，地下都有車位。
缺點多多，真的是配不上這環境硬件。
①地毯，房間裏的貴妃椅上都有污漬痕跡，酒店大概久沒維修過，內部看着陳舊。
②浴室門不能關嚴實，洗澡水會完全流到浴室外，潮濕一片。
③最最不滿意的是服務，雖沒有惡言惡語，但看着明白就是敷衍了事。高星酒店，門口就放着幾輛行李推車，我們一行帶着幾位8-90歲的長者，行李長者自己都推着一大堆的。前台站在4～5個人員，遙遙看着我們過去，沒有一個能出來提供幫助的。
訂的是湖景房，預訂房間時早早就註明了希望能有視野好的開闊的房間，酒店在入住之前來確認入住人員及情況，也反覆強調了，需要給視野好的湖景房間，而且有長者希望安排比較方便長者的房間。到了現場，給安排電梯出來，地毯拖都拖不動行李的很內裏房間（長者在地毯上拖行李相當不方便），而且視角是湖景的邊角料，遙遙看到一點湖，遮擋一大片。去樓外面看了下房間佈局，觀湖的房間有另一側一大片，問前台為什麼不能安排那邊的房間入住，備註是早就寫好的，早上他們來電話我也反覆確認提醒了。前台一會兒以有續住（又不是衹有3～5間同房型的房間，都續住了沒房間。你個那麼大的酒店，這晚在永城同房型的就通通續住了？），一會兒有4月4日要舉辦婚禮的婚房（當晚沒看到有辦宴席婚禮的），一會兒還有其他的理由，就是不能給換房。第一次碰到這麼敷衍找理由的前台服務。
這家酒店我不推薦，雖然外部環境相當好"
