"The hotel is clean and hygienic, which is good. 3 complaints: 1. The switch setting in the room is simply inhumane. The bedside can only be turned off. After waking up, I didn't turn on the light. I had to go to the TV in the dark to turn it on. I stayed in so many hotels, but I didn't expect to find the switch in the dark for a long time! 2. The shower in the room is leaking. I came out wearing a bath towel and called the front desk, but the human could never get through. I called no less than 10 times, and each time I got through, I hung up. I had no choice but to bite the bullet and continue to use the shower with two water sprays. 3. I sweated all over when I ate breakfast at the buffet. It was the first time I sweated all over when I had breakfast in a hotel. There were not many people at breakfast, but the air conditioner was not cold. Then the variety was average, and there was not even an omelette. I asked for a bowl of noodle soup. I didn't know if I didn't hear or didn't understand Mandarin, and there was no response. I saw the person next to me speaking Cantonese and it worked, so I switched to Cantonese and got a response immediately. It is known as the best hotel in Yangxi. Are the people of Yangxi more tolerant?"

"I have to give this a rave review! The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment we entered until check-in, she was always so welcoming and patient. Knowing we were a family, she kindly arranged for us to stay on the same floor. My parents' room had a 180-degree sea view, while my room had a stunning 270-degree ocean view – a breathtaking panorama of the sea and sky. We could enjoy the sea during the day and the sunset in the evening. I could see the vast ocean from my bed, and I was truly amazed when I opened the curtains in the morning. I took so many photos! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm traveling, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family!"

"The location of the hotel is quite perfect, facing the sea, and you can clearly see the light pedestrian street of Shalu Bay at night. There is a seafood restaurant downstairs. After crossing the small road, it is the beach. It is impeccable. But the hotel must be well maintained, the ceiling cracked, the air conditioner dripping, the bathroom ventilation is equal to no, so it feels damp, even the floor of the room is damp, and there are many subtle decorations that are obviously old. If Vienna still wants to be a unique hotel in Shabu, work harder."

"We stayed in a self-built B&B. The cleanliness was quite good, and the best part was the clean beach right downstairs. The kids could play in the water and immediately go upstairs to wash up, without having to walk. It's a great place for families with children, away from the commercial streets and quiet for sleeping. However, the bathroom design wasn't very good. It was outside the balcony, which was awkward for someone like me who's afraid of the dark and wants to use the restroom at night. The air conditioner was also inside the balcony, so when it was on, the bathroom felt like a steamer. Otherwise, everything else was fine."
