"The hotel is clean and hygienic, which is good. 3 complaints: 1. The switch setting in the room is simply inhumane. The bedside can only be turned off. After waking up, I didn't turn on the light. I had to go to the TV in the dark to turn it on. I stayed in so many hotels, but I didn't expect to find the switch in the dark for a long time! 2. The shower in the room is leaking. I came out wearing a bath towel and called the front desk, but the human could never get through. I called no less than 10 times, and each time I got through, I hung up. I had no choice but to bite the bullet and continue to use the shower with two water sprays. 3. I sweated all over when I ate breakfast at the buffet. It was the first time I sweated all over when I had breakfast in a hotel. There were not many people at breakfast, but the air conditioner was not cold. Then the variety was average, and there was not even an omelette. I asked for a bowl of noodle soup. I didn't know if I didn't hear or didn't understand Mandarin, and there was no response. "地理：位置是很棒的，在政府大院旁邊，但又不是吵鬧的西湖邊上，所以晚上非常安靜。想去西湖也很方便，大直路一路到底，1.2公里，一輛小電驢就搞定了。周邊超市，便利店，外賣非常給力，對旅途的我們很友好。
環境：酒店應該是新裝修的，設備很新，樓下還有專屬停車場，但是不算大，不過即便停滿了也不怕，大街上停車也蠻方便的。但這麼好的環境沒有充電樁有點敗筆，不然會是周邊所有酒店非常大的優勢。
服務：前台的工作人員很熱情，會盡最大努力來解決所有問題，在正常的要求範圍內（如加房卡，取電卡，衣架）都是有求必應的，幫忙開門也是很積極的。
設施：非常出乎意料的好，是和挑剔的長輩出門的，長輩們剛開始對這個價位的房間存疑，“老陽西”還質疑説都沒聽過這家酒店，但開門的瞬間，讓這些長輩們都閉麥了～，哈哈哈哈哈哈，認為我的選擇灰常棒，房間面積超大，很適合一家老小几家人一起的出行，因為裏面有配備沙發，茶几和小椅子，很適合大家坐在一起商議事情或湊一起吃吃吃（雖然很對不起搞衞生的阿姨們）。床品要展開説説，床墊很舒適，被褥厚度適中，但枕！頭！太！高！了！這是唯一的投訴點，幾乎每一位都投訴了，讓我務必要跟酒店反饋這個事情。。。值得一提的是他們家的投影儀一點都不雞肋，而且會員很給力，這絕對是加分點，孩子們都快趕上開電影節了。
衞生：衞生也有點出乎意料的好，很乾凈，不過房間裏很乾凈，連浴室也很乾凈，看不到頭髮和灰塵，這點很棒。
總之這家酒店是很值得推薦的。家人們都説下次回來繼續住這裏，希望保持哦。"

房間距離海灘很近，最遠的房間距離海灘也在50米以內，屋內就可看到海灘。住宿環境乾淨衞生，隔音效果極佳，艙內配備雙空調，完全沒有熱感。wifi、投影、傢俱等設備齊全且可語音控制，滿足在海灘邊上拎包入住的需求！
酒店前的公共海灘，可能由於天氣好的原因，呈現出玻璃海的效果，水很藍，沙很白，風景很美！吃的話酒店就有食堂，但由於到達的那天太晚食堂關了，聽了前台的話沿海邊步行100米左右到酒店附近的大排檔就餐，價格十分實惠！圖12中最貴的這一頓衹消費了326元，有4隻野生小青龍！（名字好像叫“娟娟海鮮加工”，是鋪面相對較小的那一家，有一對年輕夫婦還有他們的父母經營，圖14他們家的海膽炒飯68一份但是所有肉眼可見的黃色顆粒都是海膽，蠔仔煎蛋也做到了每一口都有拇指大的蠔肉！）
總之，體驗很好，配套設施很齊全，一個酒店就是一個景區，完全沒有任何後顧之憂，天氣好的情況下衹用享受美食美景，剩下的都有人做好保障。（沒享受到的朋友可能要等一段時間了，剛看消息好像由於颱風原因沙扒灣，月亮灣一帶已經封了，酒店的位置在月亮灣對面，圖8建築物的位置就是月亮灣。）"

"The Star Room is comfortable and clean. You must go to the hotel in Shaqian every year. Every time you come, you feel at home. The front desk lady is attentive. I chose a sea view room. The children are very happy to stay. You can see the entire Shaqian Bay seaside. A hotel with sea view room is highly recommended! Stop the car at the entrance of the hotel, it is convenient to go anywhere, and it is also very close to the north front, in the middle of the hotel. "Hygiene: The hygiene is good and clean. The room was full of disinfectant after two days of living there.
Service: The guys and girls at the front desk are very responsive, courteous and helpful.
Environment: The hotel is clean, but lacks some facilities. However, there is free water supply at the door, and the hotel charges 5 to 10 yuan per time. The hotel had a bad overnight stay, could hear noise from next door all night.
The hotel is very close to the beach, only 2 to 3 minutes away. For meals, I recommend Juanjie Seafood Restaurant, the environment is average and the food is good. The hotel's supporting restaurant is downstairs, with the best environment, but it has no taste. Although I live on the second floor of a residential building, I can see the fireworks on the beach. It is also relatively close. There are barbecues, singing and fireworks downstairs around 11pm, which does not affect me. Finally, thank you for the Yangjiang specialties sent by the hotel."
