I went back to the room at 8 o'clock in the evening and found that there was no cold water. I looked for the front desk and immediately contacted the engineering department. "The room I was first assigned was not only small, but also had a strong smell when I walked in. Later, I contacted the front desk and was given a different room. This time, the room was also larger. There was still a bit of a smell, but it was fine with ventilation. The front desk resolved the issue quickly and provided good service. They also provided breakfast, which was very good and included coffee. It was very clean. Overall, I was very satisfied and stayed another night!"
