"Staying at the Wyndham Xinyang while passing through, and it definitely lives up to its five-star rating; the management is excellent. The room was spotless; I even took a photo from the bathroom's perspective, showing how bright and spacious it was. The lobby is grand with a lotus painting, and the upstairs carpets feature plum blossom designs—all very artistic. The service was fantastic; I was greeted everywhere I went, which made me feel very welcome. I didn't get to try the shuttle service this time, but I'll make sure to experience it next. Highly recommend it! I'm not sure if I'll be back in Xinyang, but I'll certainly recommend this hotel to my friends."

This was my second visit to Meihao Hotel, and it felt just as comfortable and convenient as being at home. The staff were incredibly responsive to guests' requests. All the amenities are well-equipped – a restaurant, gym, and laundry room – and the breakfast is generous. What I enjoyed most was Meihao's afternoon tea. Their thoughtful service even extended to providing fruit and late-night snacks when I returned late. A big thank you to Meihao! It will definitely be my top choice for future stays."

I have been to the hotel for 2 nights and i was shocked by how perfect it was. The hotel is very clean, i booked the smallest room but for one person with the price it was perfect. It had air conditionning and many things such as razor, tooth brush, towels … The best thing of the hotel is the boss, the boss is so nice, he gave me a breakfast, bring me at the restaurant close to the hostel, since my chinese is terrible he helped me with everything. I really recommand to speak to the boss because he is so nice. The best boss i met in China. Around the hotel you have the lake walk wich is 2 hours return, and its very beautiful and relaxing. The boss rent scooter in case you need it too. I totally recommand this hotel and i can comeback in the city just to sleep there and see the boss.

This stay experience is particularly good! The hotel is conveniently located and convenient for travel and dining. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the facilities were complete. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the needs can be responded in time. The environment is quiet, the health is in place, and the living is safe and comfortable. The price is super high, it is a great accommodation choice, will come again next time, highly recommended!

A large shopping centre (Wanda Plaza) is next door with a huge array of Chinese franchised food outlets alongside KFC and Starbucks. A good spread of affordable to prestige clothing brands as well. Many empty shops, though, point to economic stresses in this market. The breakfast is standard Chinese hotel fare so if you're expecting a range of gourmet cereals and breads you'll be disappointed. Turning to the room itself. No room clock and a huge television screen that turns on every time you put your key in the slot are minor annoyances. The television screen has no apparent access to audio-visual inputs which seems a wasted opportunity to me. I want to watch my own media on the television screen. The room is a good size and quite quiet. The bed was firm but not hard. Blackout curtains work well and windows can be partially opened. I observed that any non-smoking regulation was not observed by all guests. Perhaps in the major markets that's more enforced. There is no laundry service as far as I could tell. The shower stall is my main concern and this might apply only to my room. The drain is VERY slow and the recess quickly fills with water. The floor is flat, so water does not naturally flow to the drain, leaving the shower recess always wet and a potential mould hazard. No complaints from me about the lack of staff who speak English. This is a new hotel catering mainly to Chinese travellers. While I have some concerns about the standard of building construction finish I can't fault the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. If the location suits you the value is obvious. Note that guest rooms are on floors 18 and 19 so expect to spend some time waiting for the slow lift.

The young ladies at the front desk are particularly warm and meticulous, especially the short-haired young ladies are particularly warm and enthusiastic. Whether it is check-in or check-out, they will take the initiative to receive to help you solve the problem in advance, and will not let you have the uneasy feeling of waiting or unfamiliar with life The hotel fragrance is very good and fresh, the room is clean and tidy and quiet, and it is very practical to sleep at night. As soon as I got out of the car at the hotel entrance, hotel staff warmly came to help with my luggage. After checking in, they helped carry my luggage to my room. It was a very warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean and, most importantly, very quiet. The breakfast was plentiful, and free parking was available. A very pleasant stay.

Before the Qingming holiday, I went back to my hometown to stay in Zhongzhou. The sanitary conditions were very good and the service was in place. I took the children back to my hometown for the first time. The children were not satisfied with the stomach. The hotel made millet porridge and sent fruit to the room every day. Praise, will come to live next time.
