"I visited Xinchang with my child and friends during the three-day Qingming holiday. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like rice cakes and spring pancakes, and freshly ground coffee! However, the service could be improved. When I checked in, no one proactively told me about the facilities or breakfast times, and they even forgot to give me the mini-bar drink coupons. I had to go to the front desk to ask for them. The room was spacious and clean, with a bathtub and a large bed, though it's a shame we didn't get a room with a balcony! The pool is open to the public, so it gets quite crowded in the evenings, and the water quality needs improvement. The gym has a good range of equipment. The Great Buddha Temple is within walking distance, and there's a large shopping mall across the street, making it very convenient for drinks and dining!"

"There was a slight hiccup during check-in, probably because the hotel doesn't host many foreign tourists normally. However, the front desk staff, and a gentleman (not sure if he was the manager 😂) were all incredibly warm, friendly, and had excellent attitudes. The room, cleanliness, and basic amenities and facilities were all up to par for a hotel in this price range. While there wasn't anything particularly outstanding, their great service and warm hospitality definitely made up for any minor shortcomings. The hotel's location is truly excellent. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's very convenient to get to the theater and supermarket. There are also bus stops nearby, making transportation very easy. Overall, it was quite good."

"I arrived quite early to check in, and the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, quickly getting me settled. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to rest peacefully even in the early hours. There was plenty of hot water, and all the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, both the service and environment exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money. I'm very satisfied! The hotel even has a tea garden where you can sit by the lake for a while. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."

"The main reason for choosing this hotel is that the location is good, very close to the scenic spot and pedestrian street, followed by the hotel opening in 2025, the facilities and equipment are relatively new. The exterior design of the hotel is super memory point. The huge ink breeze relief carved Xinchang's landscape and humanities into the building. During the day, it was an elegant Jiangnan artistic conception. At night, the lights were bright and there were a few more lively fireworks, and the carbon water kingdom snack street downstairs was fully adapted."

"To be honest, the room at this price exceeded my expectations (in the opposite direction). The newly opened hotel had a very commercial feel, with signs of rushed construction even in the elevator. The room was spacious with a nice view, but I was shocked when I entered the bathroom. As shown in the picture, although there was a sliding door, I didn't expect it to be completely unfinished. The toilet was also a very basic one, without even a smart toilet seat. The sliding door didn't even have a damper; it slammed shut with the slightest pressure. There was no anti-slip mat on the floor, so I had to use a bath towel as a makeshift one. Overall, the experience was just so-so."

"Choosing Anlan Xinchang for the Dragon Boat Festival, I got to relax amidst the misty mountain wilderness. For a domestic mountain retreat hotel, it's really quite good. Some minor imperfections weren't deal-breakers for me, as my main needs were all met. Our butler, Leo, was enthusiastic, attentive, and responsible, always communicating and providing a truly home-away-from-home service. He reminded us to climb the Cloud Ladder to see the sea of clouds. When we left, in addition to the hotel's souvenir, he specially prepared a large portion of pastries and fruits, as well as a goodie bag for the child. He was incredibly thoughtful from before our arrival until our departure! Huge thumbs up! The buggy was also available on call, even during the Dragon Boat Festival, and arrived very quickly. The room cleaning aunties were also warm and smiling. Despite the rain, they diligently changed linens and provided supplies, and every evening we received Madeleines and different drinks, like iced mung bean soup and iced black tea. Every staff member at the hotel was enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast variety was sufficient for our family. I highly recommend the noodle bar's soup noodles; both the Zha Mian and handmade noodles were delicious. Most importantly, the natural scenery is truly spectacular. Whether it's the lush greenery or the streams and waterfalls of the Hanfei River, it's full of wild charm and a sense of seclusion. Anlan's location is excellent, right in the Nineteen Peaks scenic area. It was very convenient to spend time at the hotel daily and then drive out for excursions. Taking the kids on the mini-train and climbing the Cloud Ladder for panoramic views was a great experience. The Cloud Ladder even has air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The only regret was that our planned stream trekking on the last day was canceled due to heavy rain the night before making the water too turbulent for safety reasons, but we can always go back next time. The kids really enjoyed playing in the kids' club and the infinity pool. The only minor inconvenience with the infinity pool was having to go to the building upstairs to get towels. [The hotel's dinner was also delicious, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that showcased local specialties."

"The room was clean and the facilities were relatively new. The robot delivered food to the door. The TV is very big and new and can be cast on the screen. Check-out is also a quick check-out, that is, the traffic is a little far from the scenic spot. But there is a delicious noodle restaurant at an intersection downstairs."

"I booked a twin room, which was spacious and clean. The soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast was decent and very kid-friendly, with no charge for children, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is great, very close to the Giant Buddha Temple and next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping convenient. My only complaint is that the washing machine requires an extra charge, which I found surprising. Many budget hotels offer free use of washing machines and dryers, so considering the relatively high room rate, I was a bit taken aback. I hope they can improve this."

"The family suite has a partition, which is suitable for a family of adults. It would be better if the glass wall in the bathroom is light-proof. The white fungus soup given as a late night snack is very thick and very hearty. The hotel is located in the center of the city. It's very lively. It's just a short walk to the scenic spot of the Big Buddha Temple."
