"I visited Xinchang with my child and friends during the three-day Qingming holiday. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like rice cakes and spring pancakes, and freshly ground coffee! However, the service could be improved. When I checked in, no one proactively told me about the facilities or breakfast times, and they even forgot to give me the mini-bar drink coupons. I had to go to the front desk to ask for them. The room was spacious and clean, with a bathtub and a large bed, though it's a shame we didn't get a room with a balcony! The pool is open to the public, so it gets quite crowded in the evenings, and the water quality needs improvement. The gym has a good range of equipment. The Great Buddha Temple is within walking distance, and there's a large shopping mall across the street, making it very convenient for drinks and dining!"

"I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

"The main reason for choosing this hotel is that the location is good, very close to the scenic spot and pedestrian street, followed by the hotel opening in 2025, the facilities and equipment are relatively new. Check-in was on the second floor, but the luggage could stay on the first floor. Fortunately, there were not many people that day and there was no loss of things. Entering the room, the first slot is the toilet, the second slot is that the freezer is locked, can not be used, open for a long time and found that it is not allowed to open. It means that the minibar is not given, so it should be possible to drink at your own expense. Why is it locked? Something fell in the room when I checked out. After the customer service staff informed, I asked them to help me put it at the front desk and take it for a while. I imagined that I could take it directly in the bag after arriving. As a result, I waited a long time to take my clothes and appeared, and I didn’t even have a bag. This service is also absolutely, reluctant to give a bag. xinmeizAn absolutely perfect vacation! The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and understated yet elegant decor. I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying.

It was a spontaneous ”just pack up and go” trip. I wanted to fully appreciate the scenery of Tianmu Mountain, and I'd heard that this ”Cloud Travel Space Capsule B&B” had high ratings and was popular with families with children. Although the initial capsule type I chose wasn't ideal, after negotiating with the manager and getting a reasonable upgrade, the experience was quite good. I could see the sea of clouds through the curtains, hear birdsong in the morning, and listen to the chirping of autumn insects at night… The food at the B&B was simpler than at a hotel, but the taste was still quite good (the chef was very attentive, greeting me at every meal). The customer service representative, a petite young woman, was incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage with ease. Most importantly, the scenery of Tianmu Mountain truly captured the ”spirit” described in Li Bai's poems… In short, the flaws didn't detract from the overall experience; it was a pleasant trip!

It was my first time to come to Xinchang, and I chose a hotel next to Wanda. I chose this hotel, which is located in the city center, just a few hundred meters away from Wanda. Jinjiang Galaxy old chain hotel, the hotel's customer service staff reception is standardized, polite and warm. Although the rooms are a bit old, they are clean and well equipped. Parking is convenient, free parking next to the hotel.
Hotel location is very good to find, close to the Big Buddha Temple attractions. Xinchang is worth a visit...
