"The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked great. Unfortunately, it was scorching hot during my visit, so I didn't dare to try many of the outdoor attractions. "This stay was extremely unpleasant. After checking in, the catering department delivered welcome fruit. They knocked once, and without waiting for a response from inside the room, they just swiped their card and walked right in! My husband had just come out of the bathroom, stark naked, and was seen directly. Luckily, it was a male staff member, otherwise, it would have been a real mess! It was absolutely terrifying! 1. After this unpleasant incident, I called the front desk to complain, but their explanation was very unconvincing, clearly trying to protect the catering department. 2. During our stay, we discussed travel activities with the front desk, but no one offered us any apology or made any attempt to appease us. We weren't asking for compensation, just an acknowledgment and a better attitude. 3. Only upon checkout did the front desk politely do something, offering us a souvenir (two bottles of red wine). It felt like a perfunctory gesture, just to report back to their superiors. 4. There was a gecko in the bathroom (see photo), quite cute. 5. The hotel lobby lacked clear directions to the breakfast area. 6. The hotel's Chinese restaurant prices were a bit high. The resort environment itself is quite nice and quiet. Overall, we won't be coming back. While the hotel environment is fine, the service was truly amateurish and left us feeling quite unsettled. The check-in explanation was very detailed, and we got a free upgrade to a suite, which are the only positives."

For rooms booked online, the front desk will directly arrange you in the easternmost or westernmost room on each floor, and will arrange the room at the edge. (The hotel was not full at all, there were a lot of empty rooms, and there were hardly any people living on one floor) The above summary: the software facilities are not worthy of the hardware facilities, and the hardware facilities are wasted. The price of 228 for such services in this place is not cost-effective. Every time I stay here, I have an unpleasant experience!"

This hotel is newly opened, and it was exceptionally quiet during the night, allowing for a restful sleep. When I checked out the next day, the front desk staff proactively asked about my stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. This hotel is a truly excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit."
