"My stay at Rihui International Resort was a truly satisfying and relaxing vacation. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a simple yet elegant design that created a relaxing atmosphere from the moment I entered. The hot spring facilities were particularly impressive; soaking in the hot springs completely released the day's fatigue, providing immense healing for both body and mind. The breakfast selection was abundant and varied, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The bright and spacious dining environment allowed me to leisurely enjoy starting my day. The poolside view was stunning, perfect for taking photos or simply relaxing. In the early morning, the distant mountain scenery unfolded before my eyes. The fresh air and expansive views made me slow down and immerse myself in the tranquility of nature. Overall, the facilities, environment, and service were all excellent, making it a high-quality resort I would definitely want to return to for another relaxing vacation."

"This resort is very outdated. Needs a major upgrade. It has old resort smell and the bathroom of the room we had stayed we’re not clean and needed repairs done. The spa was okay and it was weird to have residential building nearby to look over the spa swimming pool. The facility looks old and empty. There are residential buildings around but no restaurants nor eatery nearby, only one 7-11. However, the staffs were wonderful, and we appreciate their help working with us to accommodate our request."

"The hotel service was good, and the location was nice, but it was a bit old. The breakfast was good. The rooms had private bathtubs with access to the hot springs ♨️ or the large underground hot springs. We stayed for three days and two nights. On the second day, we hired a car to go to Taitung to eat local cuisine, visit Taitung Park, and enjoy the Pacific coastline scenery."

Reading the various sad, happy, or bewildered stories left by past guests who stayed in the same room deeply moved me to tears. I gained immense energy from your stories. "It’s a landed property with 3 floors. No lift, so either leave your heavy luggage downstairs or carry up on your own. Smaller public space and kitchen but good enough to stay around. The hostel is well managed with fans to air and dry out the space. 4 toilets and 3 showers for 4 bedrooms (around 28 beds I think). But if not all using the shower room or toilet at the same time. It’s just nice. Would be good if there’s 1 or 2 more hangers in the shower and toilet. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is included with simple white toast, one egg each and jam. Although location is 20 mins bus to downtown, it’s close to train station to travel to other small town and convenient stop for 台湾好行. I had no issue as vegetarian as there are eateries around within 5-30 mins walking distance and convenient stores at station. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. There are travel information available for last minute planning. Free bike renting starts from 10am. There’s postal service too."

"Convenient location to the train and bus stations. Car rental places are nearby. Route 8101A and Express A (ferry harbor) bus stop is not too far from the hotel if east coastal attractions and the Green Island are your destinations. 8101A departs once a day at 8:30 to major sightseeings along the coastal highway in a cruise ship style ride with 30 to 60 minute stay at each attraction and then returns to the departure stop in a close loop. Express A to the ferry harbor in 20 minute ride with a 30 minute bus interval."

"Had a fantastic experience! We really enjoyed the hotel's public pools, which offered a variety of temperatures. The 28-degree section was perfect for swimming. The in-room hot springs were also incredibly relaxing; the water stayed warm much longer than regular water. Plus, there were plenty of activities happening in the hotel lobby."

"It has been stated on trip.com that it is for two adults and one child (7 years old), and the booking website also states that children aged 0-7 years old can stay for free if they do not need an extra bed. When arriving at the store, the staff kindly reminded us whether to add money for 3 years old. We were worried that the shared room would not be enough for us, but after seeing the original room type for two, we thought it was enough for just one night, so there was no need to change rooms. But the staff also told me that the child would have to pay extra, which I found strange. After a round of communication, it turned out that if the child did not ask for extra pillows and towels, he would not need to pay extra. In the end, since the children’s supplies were also provided by themselves, there was no need to ask for extra pillows and towels. Checked in~ I just think the hotel should explain it more clearly on the booking website (I also remind everyone to read the terms clearly before booking), and they have already informed me that I have a 7-year-old child. The payment was successful online, but when I arrived at the store, it said that I would charge money. If you don't ask clearly, you will really misunderstand the meaning of free accommodation for 0-7 years old, which feels a bit bad. I hope it will be improved. The staff will not charge customers directly if they pre-set that children need extra pillows and towels. It would be better to clearly inform customers that they can choose whether to add extra money or not. But overall, the staff are friendly and responsive. As for small insects, I personally can accept it. The room is considered tidy if there are no small insects. Small insects only appear in the corridors. After all, it is a rural and mountainous area~ In addition, the sound insulation is not very good. You can still clearly hear the next door chatting until 3 in the morning. The room has basically all the equipment except for the refrigerator (it is clearly stated on the booking website that it is available 😂), but the impact is not big."

"For a family-friendly hotel, the rooms are spacious and the facilities are great. What really stood out were the welcome afternoon tea and the evening snacks and drinks provided according to the number of guests in the room. We'll definitely be back!"
